If you saw Thebones5 video, you're probably like "Wasn't this proven impossible?" Well, there's a few things to point out here
Phantom Freddy doesn't actually require 11 flips, he only requires 9.
This leaves us with 3 flips or 4 flips, and it all depends on when Phantom Freddy appears at the hour, and if we add this up assuming Springtrap gets in at 1 AM, you have. (9 + 3) * 5 = 60 flips, however, we can skip an additional flip at 5:42, and just let the ventilation run out, and Springtrap won't be able to kill us in time
How I managed to execute 1 frame flips was with the help of a macro that spammed M1 at every single possible moment the camera was up. I would also click my mouse to make the 1 frame flips as perfect as possible. I had a separate macro for Freddy where it would wait 1.95 seconds to get the maximum possible time for Phantom Freddy.
With that however, FNaF 3 with the worst RNG possible is indeed possible!

Insane how close this is to being impossible, like the amount of stuff that has to go right is wild, the fact that it's 1 cumulative second, the fact that the game is 60fps
All of this is skill, 0 luck, because this is the worst rng, nothing more can go wrong that hasn’t already gone wrong
Finally the original trilogy’s max modes are all 100% skill
In fnaf 1 when chica and bonnie are at the doors, they can just fail their movement opportunities to stay at the door the whole night, forcing you to keep both door closed. So fnaf 1 would still be impossible

There is two things i remembered thanks to this video: the ultra mode tlb aki no-hit run from that one bullet hell that was thought to be impossible, and my first time playing fnaf
I was like 9 at the time and my friends told me to play this exact game because it was the "least scary one" so i confidently started playing through and got jumpscared for the very first time in my life. Never opened the game ever since. And the funny thing is that this time it was the opposite, i was super anxious expecting to get the scare of my life for the second time but nothing happened at all. GJ pulling this off

Well, technically it's possible to win on only 57 camera flips after Spring trap is in the office by abusing Phantom Freddy's variable arrival timers (he's not perfectly synced to the hour, he arrives 2 to 4 seconds after the hour turns), but yeah, it's not really reasonable to expect anyone to optimize the run further than this video already does

When springtrap enters your office, he can only jumpscare you if you have a ventilation error, or if you've had the monitor or maintenance panel up for a full second.
The game runs at 60 FPS, and if we perform 1 frame flips, this gives us a total of 59 flips that we can use before we die. A full hour requires 9 flips for freddy, and 3 flips to prevent a ventilaton error.
Assuming Spingtrap enters at 1 AM, this gives us 12 * 5 = 60 flips
However, we can save a flip at 5:42 by letting the ventilation run out, and springtrap won't have enough time to kill us before 6 AM hits
-If you spend 10 seconds idle in the office without opening a monitor, the ventilation will fail, which lets Springtrap kill you.
-Phantom Freddy jumpscares you and forces a ventilation failure if you go 2 seconds without opening the monitor while he's in the hall.
-Springtrap jumpscares you if you spend a cumulative one second (60 frames) in the monitor while he's in the office, and in FNAF 3 it's not possible to close the camera without keeping it open for at least one frame.
-All other sources of a ventilation failure only occur after 1 AM and are avoided 1) by staying on CAM 2 whenever opening the cameras and 2) by not looking at the left side of the office.
Assuming you perfectly time closing the monitor exactly 1 frame after opening it every single time, you can still only open the monitor 59 times before Springtrap kills you, once he's in the office. Between the two ventilation failure conditions that cannot be completely avoided, it requires you to stall Springtrap at the window and the door so he enters the office as late as possible and then abuse the kill timer and Freddy's intervals to their absolute maximum for it to be just barely possible to survive the entire night with those 59 camera flips.

I think due to a programming error, the ventilation cannot naturally fail during night 6, so as long as you aren't idling in the office for 10 seconds, you will never get a vent error
