I really like Sindragosa, but the few times I play Arthas I tend to feel as though I need Army of the Dead just to stay alive. This vid and your point about playing to his strengths has me thinking about ways to change up how I play him which I think will help a lot. Should also help with survival enough to allow picking the more effective ult more often. Another great video in this tank series. They're the role I have the most room for improvement, so I'm really enjoying these.
Arthas is a very situational pick, but when he is picked correctly he is a force to be reckoned with. Also I'm glad you're liking this series!! I've had a lot of fun making it so far
I actually never pick that talent. I'll give it a try next time I play and see how I like it. I know one of my favorite things about Arthas is his self sustain and I feel like taking icebound fortitude would slow down my healing too much
tried it. is evil. yes he does have a getting caught problem, but, he just puts out so much value for a tank it doesn't matter. Shutting down towers is massive. towers is one of the best comback mechanics, fuck ur towers, undead dragon. amazing sustain so he is just there always kinda like muradin, but arthus actually does damage. You also don't get the quickmatch stomp at the start of the game only to fall off as a tank at the end like alot of em do. at 20 you can push without minions so it gives you comeback potential. he may not be the best if you only look at his stats and what he can do, but if you look at how he affects the game he is up there.
If they gave Arthas better wave clear, Sindragosa would be a super broken ability. Also, as a try hard, my favourite build is W & E build. #manaproblems
All homies hate mana problems haha. But that was my original favorite Arthas build. As Arthas got small patches I started to like the other builds better
Giving Arthas better waveclear wouldn't make sindra broken, because in most games the main waveclear heroes in the team would still be a bruiser and a mage, not Arthas as a main tank.
Arthus is sooo fun! something so satisfying about chasing down squishes with E up.
They did a good job of making Arthas feel like a raid boss in the right compositions
