When Lucky SuperMarket opens its Calgary Trail location in August, can you do a review for all of their food court menu items. Wished that they toast their Banh Mi after putting the ingredients instead of before. I'd get both Bun Bo Hue and Pho. I'll order the pho bowl and then the extra BBH broth on the side or vice versa depending if I'm eating in or take out from Lucky127. With the new location, will it be named as Lucky_27 when technically it's more of being on 28 ave or 29 ave.

I actually never had either, at least not a legit version of it, but i think i would go for thr Bun Bo Hue. As a Chinese Cantonese woman, i grew up eating spicy beef noodle soup and i'm not too used to the broth Pho has. That Bahn Mi looks delicious and had loads of fresh veggies !! I only moved once in my life with my family and that was in the same city. And later on my parents moved out so i'm still in the house where i spend most of my life. I can't imagine moving to a totally different country outside the Western world. You guys could do half and half Vietnam since baby Dragon isn't starting school yet. Enjoy your Sunday !! ❤

The Bun Bo, is it served hot or cold? It looked super delicious! The crunch on the Bahn Mi, ooooooohhhhhhhhh. Just how it should be. My local Vietnamese take away make their own buns and they are super crunchy! The Summer rolls looked super good too. I did actually try to make them once, and the first one was a disaster, but the rest turned out really well. I was surprised!
As for being in a hot car, on a hot and humid day, why do you have a fleecy hoodie on? It's like 5C here at the moment, I'd love that! How hot is hot in Edmonton?

@@QuangTran. Sometimes you get a cold day in Summer. One year, it was Christmas day and we had the heater on (Christmas is Summer here!). My overseas friends wanted to see how Christmas was in Australia. A hot Christmas, rather than ice and snow. I turned the heater off, took my sweater off, got some photos and then went and had a hot shower!
Where I live now is a colder climate, but where I grew up, it could easily be 45C by 6am. I don't miss that!
