Those Asian women at the beginning were lovely

Those lovely ladies who gave you a bit of a feed were all Filipina maids. Every Sunday you’ll see them sitting by the side of roads, on bridges EVERYWHERE. They don’t have much but they showed how kind they are to share 🥰 HK’s a cool place but wayyyyy to crowded for my liking!!

Great video. When I was in HK I was told people get together on the streets because most are servants who get 'kicked out' of the home where they work one day a week, so the owner can have a family/peaceful day. The servants just get together on the street until they can return.

Have fun in Hong Kong, looking forward to the coming days.... the girls giving you food were filipino, they often stay around on their days off from being mainly domestic helpers for the locals. So the hospitality was filipino, Hong Kongers are also very nice too! I miss HKG!

I have been to HK this summer and it is such a unique city. On a side you have the enourmous skyscrapers, on the other one all the temples and Tai-O Water buildings, Innovation and Tradition, Busy streets and Big parks.

yeah, and the reason they are working for piss poor wages is because the goverment is allowing a massive global companys like maccys that makes billions per year to pay their workers piss poor wages and work long hours, maybe you should be abit more worried about that,and try to change it, rather than worry about a free hamburger being given out.
I work on McDonald's and nobody ever gets fired. We give out food that we miss from orders like every 10 mins
