- What’s up everyone! Got to get out an run the bike some good DH trails in Auburn!
Tried to give some initial feed back but still trying to “listen” to the bike for setup. I will say the Factory bike needs more fine tuning then the Expert build but I’m on the right track!
I am SO stoked on the bike an over the moon that I bought this one!
Awesome ridin' dude!
Nice! That one turn on Stonewall gets me every damned time too!
The Calirado Kid I guess I need to slow down to go faster!😂
And I, Don, went off the trail on the sharp left after the rock garden lol. It happens.
@@mtbnorcal8 I've made it through 2 rides without a crash. That might just be a world record for me. 😂
Just bought this bike whatever he’s saying is so true different beast!!! 😃👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good riding man! I think you may have sold me on this bike. I was actually looking at the enduro and sb150. The video just sealed the deal. Thank you.
mike tag awesome man! Stoked we could help! You will love the bike!!
That commentary though.. 🙌😂🤣 I love it! 💪💯🤘
Dwayne Triplett 😂😂💯
That new Enduro looks so sick.
Did you PR the Rocky Trail? Did you get a chance to demo the Stumpjumper Evo? I'm curious to know how you would review that vs your Enduro. I live in the Bay Area and rode the trails you rode here last year in my regular Stumpy and that bike ate everything up as well but my Stumpy is set to be a little bit more on the poppy side as opposed to plush ride. Anyway, I'm debating between the Evo or Enduro. I honestly don't need another bike and definitely do not need an Enduro but what the hell... lol Great riding and commentary! I enjoyed it! .... SUBSCRIBED!
Tjay Thanks for the comment and subscribing! I did not demo the Evo SJ but have heard good things about it. I have heard from more then one person that the Enduro climbs better then the SJ does. To me the Enduro has it all! We ride it in the high position and the bike is really poppy and handles amazing! I don’t think you can go wrong either way but to us the Enduro gets the nod. 👊🏼
lol, nice/beautiful flowtrails there :D
After watching this video, I’m starting to regret buying my SB150!!
Alexis Benetatos There’s people out there that want them! I sold mine in 1 day.
Nici spirit man!, hopefully, I'll still have that in 7 years(when I'll be your age) but, in order to be an intermediate to advance lvl rider, you need to learn to take the turns at speed. Atm, you break a lot, killing too much speed. Learn to take off-camber turns, charge the bike through rock-gardens(by the way, that rocky trail is sweeet) and then you can consider yourself an advance lvl rider. I know because I'm in the same place as you, from a skill pov, maybe a touch more advance as I starded to grasp off-camber at speed and I really like to charge through rough stuff. Probably, 1 season behind, no more.
Anyway, keep up the good work and keep up the spirit you have now. It is inspiring! 💪🏿💪🏿🚀
eugenux I’m 43 years old man. I’m out on my bike to have fun with my friends an the MTB community! I have fun riding at a certain level but not really pushing to far out of my comfort zone!
For me it’s about getting out for a ride and sharing the stoke with my peeps, but also being able to go to work the next day! Im out out to impress anyone or win races. 😎
Hey may what color did you end up with?
If you don't mind, I'm wondering your height and which size you went with?
Artie Fanning I’m 5’9 an went S3.
Hi there! I am also 43 yrs old and 5ft 9 (with my shoes on), and I am looking for an all mountain bike.Is the Enduro truly an enduro bike or can it be used for pretty much everything? Also, is that reach on the S3 too long? Does she feel nimble too? And finally, what is the maximum tire size, front and rear, for this bike?
Keep on cycling!
I'm 5 foot 9 and I just bought the Enduro in a size S2 because I thought the S3 was a little bit too long
So is the bike confidence inspiring and composed? Lol
Brian Reynolds it must be!😂😂
Can you feel any difference from the expert to the factory model?
Ryan Miller yes definitely. Only the way the suspension feels. The bikes still rides an pedals great at the expert build. That the build we both demo’d that sold us on it!
MTB NorCal is it worth the price jump for the better suspension?
Have you played with the flip chip?
Sebastian Fainbraun haven’t yet but that is planned to see how it feels!
@@mtbnorcal8 I have only played with it in a "parking lot" setting. Bike feels poppier for sure - but haven't on the trails (winter here out east). People complain about the BB height on this bike but its actually not so low in the low setting. Plus I don't get too many pedal strikes since I had been ridding used to Santa Cruz bikes (my 5010 was super low). Curious as to the poppy and playful feeling out on the trails by you and your videos. Let me know - not a lot out there and I don't buy the pedal strike excuse everyone uses.
Sebastian Fainbraun did you ride it in the high or low setting in the lot? I have only rode in the low. I definitely want to try the high. In the low setting the bike feels fast, poppy, and playful. It also pedals amazingly! I think a lot of people just assume big bikes can’t pedal, and can’t be an all day bike! This one can! I can only assume it will pedal even better in the high setting!
@@mtbnorcal8 I tried it in the high in the parking lot - really my street where I was jumping and dropping off stuff, plus trying to climb some steep front yards (sorry neighbors). But on trails I have ridden it in low. This bike is absolutely amazing. I think its poppier and pedals better than my old latest generation Bronson, burlier than my SB6 and almost on par with my demo. Its hard for my mind to reconcile. I also happily crash a lot more because I am just going so much faster - this bike makes me want to keep on pushing - its amazing.
