Great movie
This movie sort of copies Christmas with the kranks. It's subtle, but if you really watch for it, it's extremely controlling. She just wanted to go home to relax, and she's cited for not having enough Christmas decorations up? Really???
'Real life' shut in her bourgeois careerist bubble.
Beautiful lady who decided working for PureFlix made more sense than having a successful career. Then again, she did pose for Maxim. I don't know what the make of her. Maxim AND PureFlix? Personally, I don't think she needed to do either, but nobody's making money acting in low budget, religious propaganda films. She needs to go the Charlize Theron route. Eventually, Charlize proved she could act. She had to give up her no nudity card for a while, but eventually, she got it done and established herself as a great actress. It's unfortunate that you have to do that as a woman, but that's better than languishing in religious propaganda movie hell. She's obviously very talented and all of that was wildly unnecessary. Those movies are for B and C movie actors whose careers are over. A listers end up doing Disney movies in the twilight of their careers. If you're older and in PureFlix movies, you really need to question your career decisions. And it's all so unnecessary. She's beautiful and talented.
