Christmas Town felt just like an extension of Halloween Town in the original. In Final Mix, Christmas Town now feels like it's own separate world with it's own identity, which I like.
Halloweentown is one of my favorite place to go and visit on Kingdom hearts Jack Skellington is one of my favorite Disney characters ever since my childhood I've loved the nightmare before Christmas movie I still have it on VHS tape.
I thought I was mistaken, but the Final Mix version did actually change Christmas Town, which is good because it felt odd going around with the Halloween outfits in a place where it should be Christmas and giving the world it's own music.

Im playing KH2 on The Story So Far for the ps4 now and I couldn't remember if the music in Christmas Town was the same as Halloween town or not. I knew the costumes were new, but wasn't sure if the music was too

In final mix Sora,Donald and Goofy get Christmas themed looks and Christmas town gets a theme fitting of Christmas good changes in my book. Because it felt odd listening to Halloween towns theme in Christmas town and Sora,Donald and Goofy still in their Halloween town clothes.
Bre Hanna they are releasing the kingdom hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX for the ps3 on december, 2nd, the mix includes KH: 2 Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by sleep final mix and all the cinematics in full HD of kingdom hearths Re:coded
Kingdom hearts 2 will be rereleased in the ps3 game kingdom hearts 2.5 which is scheduled to come out this year but if you try out kingdom hearts 1 its has been rereleased in the ps3 game kingdom hearts 1.5
It says somewhere in 2014 that's all i know sorry but you'll just have to grind your teeth and wait for it come out. But don't worry the game is worth the wait.
