Its good to know there are people out there like yourself that enjoys and appreciates these old cars and trucks . the 3 on the truck and trailer are quite nice !
Hi SILAS glad YOUR SAVING all THESES OLD TRUCKS FORD, SAVE the old Buicks to the old cars you do not see much of them on the road great video . Thanks for responding back I know your busy peace..
Im just loving catching up on all your previous video. So good to see some parts and whole vehicles passing on to new owners. Those old trucks are all part of your countries heritage, it is so good that some dedicated enthusiasts seek them out for restoration. I have saved dozen or so old trucks from being scrapped over the years, and get much pleasure out of fixing them up. David in the U.K.
It's great to see thos vintage trucks put back in circulation, that 1940's Chevrolet ya'll removed the cab from, it would have been REAL NICE to see that truck restored, years ago in my hometown there was one identical to that, beautiful truck!! God Bless!!!
Glad to see the old iron getting saved that 1946? chevy truck really look good hope it gets a happy life for the next owner, Great interesting videos like the International getting saved as well.
love seeing all the old cars and trucks hard to find stuff like that up here in canada the salt the road departments use just wreck the every thing great show love to get a old truck from you to redo.
Since you're crushing stuff with the loader, ever thought about driving one of those big tires up on a car to crush it. Would be fun to watch. But I realize tires can flatten whereas the forks are already flat. Thanks for considering this request.
Ever thing in them trailors the other day caught my eye. Good thing I don't have more room or Ida bought it all. Lol. I'm a junk a holic Is it just me or does anyone else get a weird sense on satisfaction watching that big machine crush up a car like a pop can
Good to see some finding a new home an just a thought can you do a walk around of the old cars trucks you have for sale as someone is always looking for projects or parts to finish a restoration
Cool video. I kinda hate seeing the front end of this getting cut off or this piece being cut off, but it is better than scrapping them . At least they can help someone else. And I absolutely HATE the term RAT ROD. Nice job on the video. You handle that loader pretty well 2.
Not everyone including myself can afford or properly restore a car so there is nothing wrong with taking a old car or truck and turning them into RAT RODS
A good fiend, his Dad had an International pick up like the one that got saved in this video, I drove that truck in the grain field before I knew how to change gears.
They already had that Ford on the trailer right? MAN that was a gorgeous pickup. mmmph. I showed my husband and told him," you could put that 351 cobra jet in that pickup!" Maybe one day we will find one. My new adventure is my new used 2018 Jeep Wrangler 4 door. I traded in a Travers premier on it. nice to see that smile young man. I would LOVE to crunch some cars. not the cool old ones though. And you flipped that car like you knew what you were doing :D Glad the cool old things you found went to good homes and made you some money.
I would love to see some one do a Jonathan W style restore on some of these big trucks not just cut them up and waste them put them back on the road use them what they were meant for work.
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch Your kidding . I live in Wash. State and recently retired, will be traveling that way next May for locating some new projects. Would really like to get my hands on that Chevy cab you have and would pay up some for it. Thank you for your valuable time. Steve 🤠
I imagine you get antifreeze and oil spills no matter what you do to try and collect the stuff. As I watch you crush these vehicles and watch glass and plastic and other materials spray everywhere, I can't help but think this land will somebody be luxury condos for upward bound richies!
Most EPA guys understand spills are impossible to avoid. I’ve never had one of them be a jerk to me, and they always say we do a fine job of keeping it as clean as possible and cleaning up what spills I do have.
another good days work. the price of scrap steel here in Australia has dropped dramatically. One of my sons has a Ford Ranger tub he needs to move off his property and none of the scrap yards he contacted want to come and get it. He has now put it on ebay at a real low price to try to try and dispose of it that way.
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch we used to see small trucks or cars with trailers driving around the streets looking for scrap metal, you only had to put it out the front of your house and it'd be gone usually the same day, these days you don't see anyone collecting scrap.
great vid,,, love to see those old trucks (antique/vintage) back in full-working order as if still in newer shape -- that is alot of work for whoever is restoring them, but the end product would be great
If anyone wants to get and idea of what that International project will look like just look up Halfass Customs' "General". Not a bad looking rig when he got finished with it.
My scrap yards don't take tires, gas tank has to have a hand size hole in it, oil drained and all vehicles must a title that matches the VIN. Are ur places the same? Always like seeing what ur doing next. Love those old trucks on the trailer 👌
Kind of hoped that the big freight truck behind you that was set up for a fifth wheel to tow trailers would be running maybe... they got parked for a reason so it might not make the cut. Not much of the stuff that you send out has much more life... anything can be fixed with enough money can't fix but the worth cuts the chase.... I am glad though that I don't have to make those calls on what is smashed. Be a lot though when you get a crusher. I seen a guy take a dozer for its weight and tie it down on a low boy trailer and then set near some cement where it was on a cable and it would drop down and smash just about anything that you put there including some that the crusher couldn't handle that rig did.... thank you for the ride along
Thanks for the video Silas! How about putting some links up on the description, ebay etc where you sell your stuff?! (I know someone who gets 20% of his sales through youtube).
I don’t really sell much anymore other than to the shredder. I’m the busiest I’ve ever been in my life. All of my sales right now are regular customers that buy cars several times a year. If it slows down this fall I might list some stuff.
It is good to see the older vehicles saved , thanks
I love to see so much vintage stuff saved from the scrap pile.
good choreography of the dust ben of classic trucks and the like. thanks for the show!

Sure glad to see saving that old iron😁👍
The early American pickups have class and majesty. They all have personalities of their own. Love what you're doing.

Recently I discovered this channel I've been enjoying a very polite guy.
I had a 40 Ford pickup about 50 years ago, glad to see one still out there.
It's great to see thos vintage trucks put back in circulation, that 1940's Chevrolet ya'll removed the cab from, it would have been REAL NICE to see that truck restored, years ago in my hometown there was one identical to that, beautiful truck!! God Bless!!!
I was surprised to see him take it apart, it was a nice truck.
my Dad bought a 46 chevy same body style win I was a kid to work the farm with in western N.C. was my first driver. wish he would have kept it.
Glad to see the old iron getting saved that 1946? chevy truck really look good hope it gets a happy life for the next owner, Great interesting videos like the International getting saved as well.
That trailer is amazing
Oh wow.................. Yep, never a dull moment!!!!! 👍😉
Great video. Thanks.
Thanks for saving that sweet rusty old iron from the crusher.
Cool truck 🛻 thank you for sharing
Another great vlog Silas! Really enjoyed it.
I dig your music too!
Love watching your videos.
Thanks for making them.
Seems like fun walking down memory lane.
Another great video! Enjoying the crushing of the cars 🚘 instead of cattle 🐄 you have cars and trucks at the RANCH 😊
I'm always happy to see some of the vehicles find a new home or at least stick around longer to see another day.

650 that truck has character
That's a really nice cab

That Ford is a puzzle - may be a Canadian '41. Great work, enjoyed the video. Good luck.
I appreciate your choice of music!
Ya did good on sales and good work flat that car

I will once it slows down a little. I’ve been a crushing maniac lately with prices being up
You handle that loader pretty well
Man I wish I lived closer when you were doing this clean up few parts have an interest in.

Rat Rods are for people that have NO CLUE as to how to really restore and preserve old classic vehicles so they just turn them into rolling junk!

Enjoy your video
I'm not a big fan of ford's but those older ones like the blue one that was on the trailer I like as they are built better then they are now
I wish I was close to you I would be interested in that flatbed that the cab was on
Jim Rockford's Firebird!
A good fiend, his Dad had an International pick up like the one that got saved in this video, I drove that truck in the grain field before I knew how to change gears.
I bet you hate to see em go but love to watch em leave!Espesially since they dodged the crusher!
Nice to see them being saved but little bummed out watching you crash that older 70s Firebird hope it was because it was rusty
Where are the crushed cars and trucks sent to? I am glad to see some of the old vehicles saved. I really enjoy your video's, thanks.

Do you check the trunks in cars when they come in the yard 🤔 👀
Its nice video
Oh shit! You crushed a firechicken burt Reynolds will be rolling in his grave lol!
Any chance of purchasing the 37 Chevy cab that was loaded on the flatbed truck ? Or one like it ? ✌
I still have it. Something like that would sell for around $250

GOOD JOB
A busy day
All the LS chevy motors sell. 5.3 minimum $800 to $1800 with Trans and wiring. The LS 6.0 fetch twice as much.
I advertise them in running condition for $300 and they take a month to sell. Non running ones don’t sell at all.
And do they charge so much a dumpster or do they get a percentage of the cost of the weight
Hi how much is a 4by4 complete with diesel engine and gearbox font diff and rear diff and wheels without the body?
Are those Diamond-T trucks in the background at the video end?
Where in Kansas are these, they look rust free?
Near Hutchinson. They’re mostly rust free but they do have a little
That's when they build them those trucks
8:10 mark, what is that song????
Have you sold the wood stove
If not what are you asking
The last of the video i think i seen a willy jeep truch behind you to the right
