Rasgulla or Rasogolla is Indian desert which is soaked in Sugar Syrup. This is famous desert in Eastern India. Also known as Prasad of Lord Jagannath in “Niladri Bije”. This desert is made from Chenna, Suji, Cashew nuts and Elaichi powder.

The difference in Salepur rasagolla and pahala rasagolla is the syrup is thin in pahala and longevity is less. But Salepur rasagolla has a better longevity.
