Mariah, nowadays obviously doesn't have the agility, range, fluidity ect. that she once did before in her prime due to nodules and over working but you can't deny the fact that she can still sing to some degree and can produce her own songs written by herself of perhaps co-written. She's already proven herself long ago in addition as well and it's amazing to see that some people don't understand that her career started since 1990 (probably even in the late 80's). That light buttery Daydream tone absolutely slays. It's sexy, powerful, sweet, and agile as fuck. For me her vocals during this era are unmatched by anyone else who has ever even held a mic.
Her belts during this era were impeccable. So resonate. It sounds like she's got natural reverb turned up to 100 it's insane how crisp and clear her natural voice was and all those notes at the end she was actually hitting a couple notes higher than the original version. No one like Mariah.
