Most of them are small size players which means they have to alter way from traditional big man method of keeping the ball, circulate the ball faster before your opponent able to react, and all of them has the technique in the level of divinity
Excellent analysis. What I'd like to add is that Guardiola also had the ability to make superstars like Xavi and Messi collaborate very well, without the egoism so typical of many great players (e.g. Ibrahimovic). Superstars playing together like clockwork. That is a rare quality in soccer coaches.

The triangles thing is very Van Gaal... There is a TH-cam short with Van Gaal himself explaining that at Barcelona. Guardiola is a great synthetizer of old tactics. He took the WM, false 9 (Szebes and Spalletti), van Gaal's collective play, Cruyff's diamond and defensive pivot approach, and many more.
