For me radiance. But i skilled my Char for Umbra so I have the chance to do all three Magic types. 2x75 in inferno and radiance and the beresco catalyst on 10 with 2 rings, depends which magic you want use and you can use any spell you like most effective. The second ring slot i would use the mana ring. And neclace for more spell power.
I'd recommend radience. It's never set well with me that you can get the searing accusation inferno catalyst (a very good inferno catalyst) in skyrest but then you have to give it away to the tortured prisoner to advance her quest so she'll sell you inferno spells. You can buy it from her eventually but that's just not cool. You don't have to do that for any radiant or umbral catalyst.
Good advice! Wish I knew this early on.
How do you recommend someone play a pure caster? And what school of magic would you say is the most fun?:)

She also gives a S scaling catalyst like Dunmore does for radiance, and her ring is super nice
Can I fight the lightreaper with kukajin if I don’t cleanse any of the beacons
Yes, she's going to be available for lightreaper in upper calrath without cleansing the beacons.
