I like how watching this, each scene has a different speed for what’s happening. When it’s either showing a setting or building tension, everything moves easily and slow. And later on in actions scenes, it looks more loose and fluent. It really helps to make each part feel different

Those maggots he was eating are called botfly’s and they are actually real. I believe you get them in South America. An infested mosquito will land on you and the botfly eggs will drop onto your skin and as they hatch they eat your flesh and burrow into you. They are about the size of a quarter. There are plenty of videos on botfly removal.

This geninuely feels like it but for the modern age, Meat Canyon are actually geniuses that literally use this medium to showcase their vast ability of storytelling. It's crazy how these guys are better then the vast majority of Hollywood today, I feel more entertained, actually learn a few things and makes my brain start to work on picking up the subliminal hidden meanings on things watching these shorts, then the majority of TV shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon etc. Often feels when watching mainstream movies and TV, that they progressively make you more stupid, almost as if there is literally subliminal messages in the program that dumbs you down and increases your depression, confusion, lethargy, hunger, nihilism, etc

I got very lucky that the Smash tourney I attend has 99% of the attendees being people that understand the premise of self hygiene. I’ve heard horror stories.
The worst part is those worms are real. They are called mango worms and there are videos on TH-cam where they are removing dozens/hundreds these from unfortunate dogs, and they leave craters in the skin just like shown in this video.

I attended a Smash tournament in Vancouver years ago with a couple of buddies and remember distinctly a guy with a freezer bag full of peeled hard boiled eggs stuffed into his backpack and would eat a couple between matches.
Woah, some of those animation sequences during the chase and subsequent harvesting are clean! The keyframes and frame-by-frame on the monster in particular look amazing, excellent stuff!
Oh man, I thought this only happens to me when I played WOW alone at night. Glad it's a more common experience. You get used to eventually, better than the feel of deodorant.
As someone who goes to smash tourneys, this is pretty accurate. The grimiest of the grimy flock into a small room of monitors and consoles, so if one person stinks you all pretty much have to bare with it. Thank you Father Meat for presenting this problem in the vilest way imaginable. Hopefully, we can cure this disease that plagues the smash community today.
I’ve been to a handful of FGC tourneys because I love the genre as a semi casual outsider. They fucking ALL smell like B.O. its fucking embarrassing because sometimes there’s some really pretty ass girls there. Fools have zero manners
I love smash, but if i went to tourneys and had to constantly deal with stinky people Id just start bringing bulk tshirts, a soapy bucket, sponge, and spray deodorant and start accosting the smelly bois till they learned their lesson.
This is my favorite cartoon of your’s especially because you had alot of creative freedom since its not parodying a specific character or anything just the concept of smash players/ gamers smelling bad. You did the horror part so perfectly and i never felt like the main character was like stupid or was just waltzing into the danger. Also the suspense was perfect and the actual horror/gore itself genuinely terrified me and lingered with me after watching. It’s to the point where this always creeps back into my memory and i have to watch it again. I also love that the monster doesn’t even unalive the protagonist he just tortures him and the way i like to view it is the only thing he eats are those maggots so its like survival for him which to me is way more interesting then just a slasher type of thing. 10/10

As someone who goes to smash tourneys, this is pretty accurate. The grimiest of the grimy flock into a small room of monitors and consoles, so if one person stinks you all pretty much have to bare with it. Thank you Father Meat for presenting this problem in the vilest way imaginable. Hopefully, we can cure this disease that plagues the smash community today.
I’ve been to a handful of FGC tourneys because I love the genre as a semi casual outsider. They fucking ALL smell like B.O. its fucking embarrassing because sometimes there’s some really pretty ass girls there. Fools have zero manners
I love smash, but if i went to tourneys and had to constantly deal with stinky people Id just start bringing bulk tshirts, a soapy bucket, sponge, and spray deodorant and start accosting the smelly bois till they learned their lesson.

This is my favorite cartoon of your’s especially because you had alot of creative freedom since its not parodying a specific character or anything just the concept of smash players/ gamers smelling bad. You did the horror part so perfectly and i never felt like the main character was like stupid or was just waltzing into the danger. Also the suspense was perfect and the actual horror/gore itself genuinely terrified me and lingered with me after watching. It’s to the point where this always creeps back into my memory and i have to watch it again. I also love that the monster doesn’t even unalive the protagonist he just tortures him and the way i like to view it is the only thing he eats are those maggots so its like survival for him which to me is way more interesting then just a slasher type of thing. 10/10
