Poole still has amazing upside as a player. You don't just stumble upon averaging 19, 3 and 4 on 58.4% TS (21-22 & 22-23) while also winning a ring as the 3rd or 4th best player on the team. He's still 24. He still has time. If he's willing to change and take the game more seriously and stop making stupid mistakes, he'll grow even further.
