Good question, looks like the pillows are "Currently unavailable". The $100 one is from an Amazon reseller, not from My Brest Friend the company. I hurt my shoulder last month and I've been so worried about beginning my nursing journey again due to my hurt back. I loved the original my brest friend but don't have it anymore so this feels like a lifesaver coming:)
