That was EXCELLENT advice Mark gave Braun Stroman. Braun was strong for sure but he was nowhere close to being in the same league as Brian, Hafthor, Eddie and Big Z.

Met Braun Strowman at The Farm, a bar in Cleveland, OH August 2024, was there with some homies for Summer Slam. He was just hangin' out, super chill guy. I used to work with a guy named Juan who said he knew Braun in his power lifting days and I was always skeptical, but he confirmed it. Had nothing but positive things to say about Juan. He had on a cowboy hat, was pounding shots like a champion and did some fire karaoke that night, easily one of my favorite big guys after that night. Great person, very humble.

And I have a feeling that if anyone, but Mark Henry was to say this about Stroman and the other three they would think it’s just jealousy, but this guy has lived it and then his prime could’ve probably went up with some of those guys so you take what he hast to say to heart

If Mark Henry would have pursued strong man or powerlifting instead of wrestling he would have been the strongest man who ever lived. He quit strength sports basically at 27 to pursue wrestling. He was also lifetime drug free. If he would have used performance enhancing drugs like all the others, it wouldn't even be close. He would have moved weights that no one would have ever dreamed of!
