U could have explained from Surface tension force S=Force per unit length and gave how T cos theta came from parallelogram method of vector addition (surface tension force acts tangential nu solli irukkanum) . Here sir, we say that due to *greater force of cohesive* than adhesive, the surface water molecules experience some *net downward/inward pull*..and here sir does this Net Cohesive inward force pull down the surface water molecules inside of the liquid ( to the bottom)?. If not then why?

He meant to say that the height(h) DEPENDS on the radius or diameter of the tube. Height is inversely proportional to both radius(r) and diameter (d).
