@@odiedodieuk nope, afk farmers are too stupid to do this kind of trick. there’s a much easier way using Torrent. They go there *before* enabling invasions, and invaders can’t use mount so we have to do like shown in the video.

Funny thing I noticed about the invasion timers if the host has blue spirits in their world. After a certain time there will never be another invader summoned, only 2 blue spirits. Even if the host uses the taunters tongue. So I would simply go AFK in an AFK farmers world and eventually, not a single red spirit would be able to invade. Longest I spent in another world was over an hour before I got d/c. It's hard but its honest work 😎

I liked to taunt the blue's into chasing me, and then I'd go disguise myself and watch them confusingly run around looking for me. Shit is always beyond hilarious.
Imagine being the other bloody finger. You just see this dude show up and do some funky moves to get onto a rock before he disappears. Then about 30 seconds later you see “HOST VANQUISHED” with no clue as to what happened

If an invader dies/leaves their world they get runes. they hide out of reach so we can’t kill them

@@enricocasamento9727 They likely also have the White Ring buff active so that when Invaders actually show up, a Hunter is summoned to kill them for the Host. This seems to be one of the rare Hosts that did not, as a Hunter never showed up.

Opening up your world for invasions and hiding somewhere that normally cannot be reached, then getting runes when an invader gives up and leaves. This was very popular back then but now it’s rare to see

I find it maddening and beautiful at the same time. Some cheap exploits to farm for free at one hand using barriers. But oh so often there is a way to maneuver around it. Using broken game mechanics and geometry that are not designed to be scaled. There is always a way for the people who search. Fits the souls series.

There should be a game logic where if enough invaders end up finger severing within a certain length of time. Then no more invaders will be sent there, even with taunters tongue. That way people using glitches to get to otherwise inaccessible areas to grind invaders wouldn't be able to do this crap.
Like an hour of invaders coming and going would flag it as a no invasion world for 24 hours.
Afk farm doesnt even work
Even if you stay at the most insane place
Still you need to take the furcaling item the phantom gave you after leaving in order for the next invade to happen
So unless you are afk in front of your screen it doest work
You still waste time tho just farm palace approach ledge
Pretty sure I've been invaded 3 times off 1 furlcalling finger remedy. Multiplayer doesn't end until you either cancel it by using the remedy again, or you die.
Please tell me how to do this.. I can't find any explanations online

My first encounter with an AFK farmer was easy,i just killed the blue and waited for the host to give up. Eventually they gave up and ended it all
And then there's me. Who plays exclusively offline so as to not have to interact with anyone. Not glowing white spoiling every little secret. No puddles of blood to tell me to watch out. Loving this game and discovery.

I’m using a glitch that involves swapping weapons, the ones used here are:
- katana with sheath skill
- Scepter of the all knowing
- Marika’s Hammer
- Hand of Malenia

Forgive me if I don't understand afk farming I'm not one to use exploits plus don't do much pvp so what exactly is the purpose of hiding like the host is
AFK farming is when the host places him or herself in an area of the map that is no accessible and then calls in INVADERS into their world. The invader won't be able to reach the host so what happens is the invader will usually kill themselves by jumping off a cliff or be killed a a HUNTER that is summoned by the host.
Either way once the invaders dies in any manner, the host gets tons of runes depending on what NG+ they are in as well as using a golden scarab.
You can make 10 million runes in literally 10 min.
Truly, you are the most deserving of being Elden Lord...

Its an easy weaponswap... Search for it and you will find enough and good tutorial how to Do it... Its Not so difficult when you know what to Do you will need a few try to learn it... I need roundabout 15min to learn that

There should be a deathbox in afk farming locations that not only kills the afk farmer but gets rid of all their items and then gives them a permanent rune penalty that makes it to were you'll only get 1 rune per every enemy including bosses
Killing them would be enough but I get where you come from
When using taunted tongue it teleports you to nearest site of grace that allows pvp

Great job! I dont understand AFK "farmers". First off you could leave yourself AFK like this in Liurnia and go to work for the day and only come home to 10 or 20k runes. What do they even get with that? One or two levels? It's madness considering you can basically get teleported to the Dragonbarrow right at the beginning of the game and kill militiamen that give several thousand runes per kill, dwarfing the rune gain rate you'd have farming like this. And thats not taking into account you have to leave hundreds if not thousands of dollars of real world hardware running all day while you're gone. If it's intended to be a troll it has to be the lamest, saddest, most boring way to troll imaginable. You could just put your summon sign down and not help the host when you get summoned if you're that in need of getting your trollolols. What breed of sub human does this?

They used to be everywhere. This is old footage on level range 250.

Some hosts hide in unreachable places, so that reds can't fight them, and when reds abandon their world they get souls.

Having experienced how annoying it can be to be invaded as a beginner by people who have created accounts just for low level invasions, I'm glad that invasions are getting something back. The game needs multiplayer without invasions, let the people who like that mechanic raid each other and leave the people who want to play with their friends alone.

Gold Marker on the compass, it shows direction of host. Also this was very common back in the days so many people knew it.

When invader leaves the host gets souls, Host hides in spot only their horse could reach and invader is stuck unable to find or even get to them
