Нужно было просто патрон крепить к валу мотора другим способом. Например просто запрессовывать. Усилие не большое, этого бы хватило. А так винтом прижимает и сбивает центр. Когда увидел этот тип соединения, сразу подумал, что будет биение. Иначе быть не могло.
И всё равно классная работа!

You can use matte black and any brand.
There is only one point: spray the paint once on the tube and wait for an hour for it to dry.
Spray the paint again on the tube, but this time from a distance of about one meter. The paint dust sticks to the pipe and becomes rough.

Major flaws in it, 1.The forward and backward switch are on the same side , 2.The LEDs in front side are exposed its a power tool. And its a time bomb a lithium battery in a steel pipe without any ventilation.

Fantastic idea and workmanship, I would go with 18650 battery and with toggle switch I O II, though the screwdriver would probably be thicker.

ویدیوی تمیز و حرفه ای ایول داری تا زمانی که چسب دو قلو رو ندیدم فکر نمیکردم وطنی باشه اگه اتصالات ماشین کاری میشد اون لنگی پیچ گوشتی هم رفع میشد و کار فوق فوق حرفه ای در میومد دمت گرم داداش لذتبخش بود
چسب دوقلو غقاری! عالی بود استاد. باعث افتخاره که یک ایرانی کار به این تمیزی انجام دهد. دمتون گرم... هنر نزد ایرانیان است و بس!

Да круто, но если посчитать стоимость краски, трубки (а там минимум нужно 1 метр брать) моторчика, аккумулятора, зарядки, usb лампочки, переключатель, набор отвёрток , то получается легче взять готовую отвёртку
Обычно собирают из того что есть. А по запчастям всегда дороже.
Можно бомж вариант без краски, трубку кусок металлопласта для отопления,мотор с редуктором на озоне 260руб,зарядка 40руб, АКБ 200руб, держатель для бит 50руб. Вообще самое дорогое это мотор, остальное можно откуда нибудь вытащить, например с вейпа можно взять АКБ и зарядку, кнопки из старой комп мыши

@@PenguinDIY I saw it! It's just hilarious that you used an electric screwdriver to make a diy one. Truly, you can do your best doing a DIY thing but there will be always a better comercial option. But the DIY is helpful in case of people that can't afford one, or just want to make its own tools.
@@FerxOfficial It is useful for those of us that want to customize a tool design. For a screwdriver I might want to limit torque or number of rotations per button press.
I can imagine an OCD version that will always stop at the same angle. Thus if you hold the screwdriver at a constant angle, all of the screw heads end up at the same angle.
For a DIY tool, I can make the case be as long as it needs to be to hold the extra electronics.

Yes, Those batteries are less than 1 amp, 1 amp microswitch can hold them , i have also used 1amp microswitch

Аккуратная работа, но мощность у такой отвертки никакая. Есть у меня такая самоделка. Корпус под 18650 от таблеток от кашля АЦЦ, зарядный модуль и два микровыключателя, но не в ряд, а по бокам от мотора. Я не заморачивался на красоте.

@@MadebyBelarus he use n-20 gear motor with 100rpm, i think it is strong enough for screwdriver to open phone, laptop . N-20 gear motor with 600 rpm is not strong enough but 100rpm is ok. I have already used it and i know it
nice video i specifically love that trick when u take off all componets from power bank module and make very compact size. can you make same with the Bluetooth audio reciver 3v-5v???
In general, each module can be scaled down. It only takes a little patience and precision.

Those batteries look like they have built in protection circuits. I heard connecting 2 of those in parallel can cause issues with the batteries discharging each other.
Is that true?
I do not think this is true.
True and wrong.
Best way to avoid this, is to charge both batteries completly before to join then together, then you good to go.
