Excellent! I'm going to have to check that out. Thanks for the tip! Also, don't worry about not feeling strong enough for your size. Strength comes slow, but I'm sure you've made progress, and that's all that matters. I'm actually thinking about making some videos on training for strength.
Thank you! I saw your comment the other day, and I took your advice and made a chest and back video this past weekend that I just uploaded. There's more to come, so stay tuned!
Yeah, gym dysphoria came be tough, but the best advice really is to just stay in the zone. I'm a year and a half on T, post-op, and I still get it from time to time just from not being "as strong as I should be" for my size. It's all give and take. Also, I always bound while at the gym, but just used certain style binders. The short Air M binder from lesloveboat has good air circulation and an elastic band so it's not super constricting. Don't use the long version tho, it compresses the stomach.
This really helped me feel better. It's nice to know that other people are dealing with the same things, despite how hard it is.
Not a problem! I love making them for some reason lol.
Thank you for the compliment! It doesn't go unnoticed :D
Absolutely! You're definitely not alone :) And I'm glad I helped!

Hey Mo, just wanted to say thanks for your videos. You sound like an awesome dude! :)
Haha yes! Flipping the switch to positivity is a great way to put it. It looks like we're on the same page lol!
