As a trucker I pulled into lordsburgh New Mexico into rest area to sleep. And I saw a native guy on top of the restrooms squatted down. He looked at me and began running towards the edge of the roof of the building, and he jumped off and turned into a giant black bird and flew away. No lies totally sober, give me a lie detector. Craziest shit I've ever seen. The next day I went to the truck stop where all the native Navajo kids were working. And I told a couple guys what I saw they told me it was what grandpa called a desert witch.

Very important in the times we are in. Seen a deer like creature one night driving near an old
native American river crossing til white man took it over and made it their own "founded"
The creature morphed as it glided into the road in front of me. I put on brakes and prepared for impact, but it had disappeared in front of my car! Never forget it and there were half dozen other encounters that were just as mind blowing in a years time.
      No fear. Because I know
      Creator is in control.

My Mom used to have a Native American Ojibwe woman that helped to take care of her when she was in her 90's. I got to know her pretty well over the years and we enjoyed talking about everything and anything. She even taught me some words in Ojibwe and even a few recipes. I had seen a few videos about Skinwalker Ranch with George Knapp and I thought this was a pretty interesting story so I even picked up a few books about it from our local library. One day, Sandy and I were gabbing and I asked her if she ever heard of a Skinwalker. She didn't know what that was so I explained it as best as I could. Once she realized what I was referring to, she shut me down cold! "This conversation has ended and you are NOT ever to bring this up again with me. Period!" I mean it was almost to the point of being rude. I was a little taken aback by that but I wasn't about it argue about it. The next day I saw her, she was making my Mom's breakfast and getting her ready for her shower. After she was done with that, we sat down at the kitchen table and she apologized for being kind of rude to me the other day. She said that stuff like this Skinwalker is rarely, if ever, talked about amongst the Ojibwe and other Native American tribes. She knows about it from her parents and grandparents but it's one of those, "He whose name shall not be spoken," things. I apologized saying that I had no clue that that was a taboo subject around Native American people and wouldn't bring that subject up again and I never did...

My great grandmother was an ojibou medicine woman , she was given to my great grandfather along with family trap lines that once ranged from northern Indiana to southern Canada. We still use some if her poultice, cold remedies and natural medicines . These saved my grandfather's leg when he was 12 and got gangrenous in a stab wound he got while carving my fiddle . The doc wanted to just cut it off and there was only one hospital in the state 3 days by train after 3 days on a traverse pulled by his trap partner.

I can’t speak to anything that does or doesn’t go on out there but the one thing I have seen was a big black cat walking, making its way around a fresh cut hay meadow but staying fairly close to the tree line, it stood up on 2 legs and was at least 6 ft tall. I was maybe 100 yards away in a blind built from hay bales set up to shoot coyotes. My friend saw the same thing as we watched it thru high power scopes. When first light hit, we were brave enough to go look for tracks and found about what you’d expect; what looked like a big mountain lions tracks then the area where it walked upright. The bipedal tracks seemed alittle bigger and more aggressive if that makes sense. The claws didn’t seem to retract as a cats would but rather marked the dirt as though it were made by a giant wolf. We had eyes on it for a good 4-5 minutes without losing sight of it once. When it stood up on 2 legs, it was moving with assurance and determination. The way it pumped its arms/front legs as it walked still gives me chills. Never seen Bigfoot, or ufos or seen ghosts or anything, except whatever the hell that cat/werething was.

34 yrs ago I met an Apache Native American woman at my Congregation, who saw three of these things when she was a child on a reservation. She and her father went to visit another town on the reservation that was hours away. They got a late start that day so after spending several hours there it was too late to drive home so they decided to stay the night. He made a nice little bed for her in the bed of the pickup truck. She said at some point after midnight in the very early morning hours she heard some grunting and scuffling near the truck and saw three of these things hulking around near the truck. She was stricken with fear and didn't move a muscle because she knew right away that they were shamans who had used occult power to shape shift into these things. I asked her what they looked like and she said they were like the werewolf on the Howling. She said that normally on the reservation it was never discussed out of fear but in her case, because of this terrifying event she became a born again Christian and was no longer afraid to talk about it...

Skinwalker isn't a generic name for a Native American witch. It's specific to certain tribes. For us, we don't have Skinwalkers. We have certain people who practice black magic and may be able to transform into animals but they aren't called Skinwalkers. Skinwalkers are something that's its ownself.

Im half navajo and half black, our tribes reservation is Dilkon, Arizona...we were educated as kids about skinwalkers, what too look for, and how to stay safe....buuut what was driven home the most were bad medicine men....natives that learned the ways of medicine for evil...we were always taught to keep things like combs and brushes close to us, to never cut your hair when its wendy, because the wind could take it to someone bad, medicine men can use your hair and other things to use in ceremonies to bring harm to you and your family....dont get me wrong, ive heard some terrifying skinwalker stories....my mom and aunt have went through a scary situation in the 70s, when they were still living in a hogon. Stay careful out there...always go with your gut.

I knew an elder who was harassed by a skinwalker…in Lukachukai, Az. It was scratching and running on to her hogan night after night. Eventually a local medicine man advised her it was after her or something. She had a squash blossom necklace that everyone envied. So she placed it on the board covering her water barrel. The following night the skinwalker visited and took the necklace…and never returned. Heard this account from the early 80’s…directly translated via her grandson. She also spoke of hairy creatures (bigfoot) up in the chuskas…while hearding sheep at her sheep camp atop the mesa. She even drew in the sand what they looked like.

You reminded me of when I was a teen. I'm half Thai and European. I was very athletic and healthy. I got sick and the doctors couldn't find anything wrong. My mom took me to a Thai guy and after some questions to my mom he used this old book with hand sketches. I remember we went to a park next to a running creek. He clipped my hair and my finger nails and put it in a hand folded boat with other stuff in it. He sat me on a bench and put that paper boat in the water and I watched it float away. The next day and there after I got better. I'm not a superstitious person but there is something bad is this world that works in the realm of the unseen.

From what I've learned, "skinwalker" originates from the Navajo tribe. I am not saying that the other tribes didn't have them but.. they were conceived through the Navajo. The history is that the Thunder gods (spirits of good) saw the goodness in the medicine men. The medicine men were asked to travel all around North America, in a short period of time, to preform rituals to bring about balance in nature. A problem arose where the medicine men couldn't make it to all the locations in time on foot. The thunder gods then decided to teach them how to shapeshift to travel faster in order to perform the rituals. Over the generations, the secret knowledge was passed down. The process of mastering shapeshifting took decades and a tremendous amount of patience. Some of younger gens got frustrated and wished the process could be achieved faster. Dark spirits heard the cries of these younger shaman and tempted them. Some eventually were corrupted by promises of power through instant gratification. These tempted young medicine men had to perform evil acts step by step to be granted these powers. The first step is to lure a loved one into the darkness of night to sacrifice. Apparently, the next steps are even more heinous, (idk how) and extremely safe guarded secrets by elders. That's all I know but it is fascinating to learn about. Just me writing this is giving me goose bumps.

@@MrSandhu0007 I don't know the exact spelling. But the true original name for skin-walkers, by the Navajo, is pronounced "anna-go-she." Supposably, you should never say the word 3 times in one place. Because if you do, the dark spirits will be attracted to you. Thanks for reading this. It somewhat feels wrong of me for sharing. I've been conflicted. On one hand, elders don't want any information out. On the other hand, people should be aware of these very real dangers and understand it. I get why though. It's because if desperate sordid folk learn about this, they may seek it out. Out of thought, out of mind.

Roughly translated in European temrs is "Witch" but in reality is a spirit or beings that take form or inhabit dead animals.

This is real and happens more often than people know: A division of Marines serving a deployment at a base in the dessert had the misfortune of coming across a skin walker. A whole division of Marines opened-up on the skin walker and nothing, absolutely nothing happened. It spoke to all of them and in voices each Marine knew, trying to draw them out.

I’ve followed the story of the Skinwalker Ranch going back as far as I can remember. An article and readers digest if I’m not mistaken. All of the weird shit that’s happened on that ranch also happened in a place in Pennsylvania called upper black Eddy. Starting in the 1990s cattle mutilations, reports of unusually large black wolves and black helicopters with no tail numbers. Reached a height around 1999 with several I hate to say this yeti sightings. Dubbed the Yardley yeti there’s sightings of this creature going back 300 years. Mostly in Buckingham and up along river Road. Strange shit that is not endemic to the ranch.

When you call to, or simply speak a Spirits "name" it's like lighting a candle in the dark. They hear you and you have their attention now. Works for Ancestors, Angels, and also those you don't want to bring home with you. An invitation! Your words have power and carry a energetic and magnetic frequency beyond what you can physically see, like a beacon calling things to you. Think manifestation. Be very mindful of your words.

I've heard the same things with certain topics of books, taking pictures of places that are designated evil, having certain symbols or things that will attract them to your home. It seems like having things like this attract them as well. I know of quite a few stories of this. One was a newly married couple went to Mexico for their honeymoon. They went to a few pyramids where sacrifice happened and had a bunch of pictures. They started having weird stuff happening in their home, health problems, marital problems. They were told it could be the pictures. They got rid of them and the problems stopped.

I've had an experience 25 years ago when when I was 18. It was on the day we put my grandfather to rest. I was sitting on my front porch with my dog, waiting for my cousin to pick me up. Then, all of a sudden, my dog, who was a very quiet, sweet, and kind dog, started barking and going crazy. He kept trying to go towards the back of my house. So i put him on his leash and went to the back. He kept barking at the ground, but nothing was there. Then, out of nowhere, I began to hear and watch sticks breaking right on the ground where he's barking at. It was like someone walking right in front of you without anyone being there. I said hey Pap if that's you, please stop, you're scaring me."" Then my dog stopped barking instantly. If it was my grandfather or something from the other side, i can't answer that. But what I can say is that there's something definitely going on that i have no explanation for. And i know in my heart and mind that this is no fairy tale.

You have a great common sense, in that realizing that it was not your grandfather. There are millions of fallen angels whom constantly seek to destroy and deceive. They in fact can take any form you can imagine. But understand this, regardless to whatever beings the enemy sends, NONE hold a candle to the Lord Jesus Christ. He has already won on the cross, and the efforts of the darkness were made futile long ago. So please, do not fear.

They use a powder that they blow on people, that powder is human bone grounded up. When a skinwalker is around they can cause paralysis. You can’t move , talk , or do anything. But you’re still conscious and 100% fully aware.

Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
    If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God My Father! how great is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God My Father: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
Do not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

One time my friend and I were in high school driving in a back neighborhood of bernalillo at night. We turn down a street I had been down many times before but that night a feeling of pure evil was in the car with us. At first I thought I was just being weird and my friend said “do you feel that?” We both freaked out and I flew out of there as fast as my car would go. No idea what it was and didn’t see anything but, we both felt we had to get out of there as fast as we could. Never went back in that area at night.
My aunt lives down there and they have stories we heard years later because of course you don’t share or people think your crazy that I didn’t know about at the time. They admitted to seeing things that were demonic looking but also other spirits that seem good. Orbs of light move things around.

[10] A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. [11] Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. [12] For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. [13] Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. [14] Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. [15] For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. [16] In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. [17] Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. [18] Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

@hastiindoolaa5711 we were there to renovate a clinic that was shut down for years. I was only 13, but it was for an Eagle Scout project. While there, the folks we were with weren't acquainted with Navajo customs, and while making the designs for the tiled floor, the patterns were all completely closed with no opening. A bad omen in Navajo culture, as you know. They refused to change it for whatever reason, and I remember that week, we all slept at the clinic. It was an eerie feeling but one that I'm accustomed to being Polynesian. They said we were too far into the project for them to want to change the patterns, and I remember being the only one who thought they should make the adjustments that the natives requested. That night, I remember I woke up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, which was down a long hallway with a right turn down another long hallway. Each room I passed by was pitch black but felt like I had eyes on me in each room I passed. I kept walking towards the bathroom like nothing was there, but at the end of the hallway was a stairway to the left that went down to the main floor and the entrance to the clinic. There was a red exit sign at the bottom of the stairs and as I was walking into the bathroom I heard my mom's voice call my name and I froze. I backed up and turned to look down the stairs, and I saw my mom standing under the exit sign. I couldn't see her face but the silhouette of her body and red tint of light on her head and shoulders as the red light from the exit sign was right above her head. I squinted my eyes and asked what my mom was doing there. She said, "I hate what these people did here. Come help me change what they did to the floor." I was wide awake and aware of what was going on cause I was creeped out. The reason is because my mom and my entire family were hundreds of miles north of us in Provo Utah and did not go with us on this project. I knew I was face to face with a being from the unseen world, and although I was creeped out, I stood my ground as if it were a normal situation. I told this thing "I have to use the restroom though." What was trippy was, whenever my mom would ask me to do chores at home my excuse was always "Ok I'll do it right after I use the bathroom" just to get out of chores at home. Right after I said this, the being at the bottom of the stairs said in an irritated voice, "You always say that when I ask you to do something." I went into the restroom, turned the light on and closed the door behind me. I didn't even use the restroom. Just sat on the toilet and prayed to God for help. Then I heard a knock on the door and it was my uncle Tim. I was so relieved. I used the restroom and opened the door and told him what had happened. He walked me back to the room we were all sleeping in and I asked him how he knew where I was, he said he woke up and had a feeling to check on everyone and saw I was missing so he came looking for me. Made sure I was ok and reasured me everything was fine now and waited for me to fall asleep before he went to bed. Woke up the next morning and at breakfast, I thanked him for coming to get me the night before. He looked puzzled. Turns out, it wasn't uncle Tim who came and took me back to the room. But another spirit. Possibly a protector. The feeling was opposite to the one at the bottom of the stairs. Felt safe and calm. Peace and strength. I knew then when he told me it wasn't him, that the Native reservations are like the Polynesian islands which is why the entity was drawn to me to begin with. I'm just glad I didn't go down those stairs to find out what that entity wanted in the first place.

There were 2 totem poles on my property faceing eachother. They were placed there to guard against evil spirits from enteringvthe house. I built a large deck which blocked the view from eachother and when my Ojubwa friends would come over they would walk aroud it and hop onto the deck to enter at the patio door instead of the front. I was told that i broke the power. Not long after that i began to experience ghostly phenomina in the home. Rocking chair would go back and forth, and would see ghost walking around the living room and other things.

My parents own a ranch in a part of Alabama named after a Native American. A lot of native Americans lived in the area back in the day. I was staying with them and one morning I was looking out the window at the land as I was drinking coffee. I see a strange looking deer just walking around so I step outside and it stands on its back legs and runs like a human. I just thought it was a jacked up deer until I started learning about skin walkers and such.

Navajo/shoshone here, both Navajo and Shoshone were apart of the curse of the land because of the Utes and government had pushed out both tribes away from their areas. Shoshone pushed north mostly and Navajo pushed south. Cache/Weber valley Utah is similar to the ranch. Everyone should research the Shoshone massacre that took place in cache valley just to learn hidden history.

I’m a medium and read for a couple that I had no idea live not far from skin walker ranch.
They said they wanted to know what was going on at their house.
I saw this thing that looked like a wolf on the side of their house. When it stood on its hind legs its head reached the roof.
I said I don’t know what this is but this wolf is scratching at the side of your house, and I told them which side it was on and it was leaning up against a window.
They told me that that was the side of the house that their bedroom was on and they heard and felt this thing scratching outside on the wall around the window.
As I watched, I could see that he was unable to get into the house I looked all around the outside and kept watching to see if he was going to get in and he couldn’t.
I told them that I felt that their house was really locked down & whatever they did this thing could not get in.
They told me they had a witch, bless their home and lock everything out.
They also shared with me that their daughter and son-in-law visited Skinwalker Ranch often. From outside of the fences, they would look to see what they could see and I’m guessing they brought something back with them.
I suggested that they bring witch back and try again to set a wider boundary😐
I wasn’t scared of what I was seeing I was amazed at the size of this creature, and he was all black. The darkest black I’ve ever seen. His fur was not a normal wolves fur, it had shine to it. I could see each hair, well defined, and I could sense the coarseness of fur.
The thing I wasn’t happy with was they didn’t tell me this information about Skinwalker Ranch until after I described what was trying to enter their home. Caught me off guard .

When I was a kid I got locked in my basement and when the lights were turned off an evil looking witch appeared that was glowing in the blackness of the basement and flew around the room erratically swinging the broom at me and laughing such an evil sound I can't even describe. I was frozen in the fear that fell over me. I somehow managed to break free from it's hold and felt for the doorknob in the dark and found it. Turned it and ran up the stairs so fast. I have never told anyone this before. This was 40 years ago.
