Before watching this video, I also watched a video by a Greek Orthodox priest who was saying almost the same things as Wally is saying. There are indeed universal truths, and we need to listen to all of our wise teachers.
love how Greeks have SO many similar beliefs to us. My kids grew up with greeks and also went to a greek orthodox private school.....they are Greek speaking navajos(well, part navajos, they have another tribe in their mix too.) I love the way they do their blessings, they use a cedar branch to toss holy water.
While there is some truth to this most of it is mythology. He is also selling a duality/dualism which has no basis in reality. There only ONE CREATOR as source of all existence and underlying unity of all. The higher one goes from illusion of this physical world the more it is clear that dualism is illusion so characteristic of this physical domain...
@chuckheppner4384 yes. Really. While there are definitely shared truths amongst the major world religions, it is dangerous to believe that ALL roads basically lead to the same fate. It makes sense that there are lots commonalities connecting us because we are made of the same essence and designed with the same image by our creator. However, would it not also stand to reason that if there really is only one truth, the adversary to "the good/holy One" would create as many diversions or manipulations of that truth?? Think about it. The best and most effective lies and illusions are ones that actually based on elements of truth. Otherwise, they'd hardly be believable. So...same with religions! There will be many things that seem similar, enough for the ignorant to be deluded into religious pluralism....but you have to look VERY hard to recognize the subtle and crafty perversions of truth.
Listening to him, makes me realize how similar our belief systems are, if you have eyes to see, if you have ears ti hear..you can be any faith, harm none, be humble, and be kind. Those are the words we should all try to live by, then this world might not be so hard to live in.

You give them power with fear and anxiety. We live on a huge mountain in TN, mostly secluded from other people. When we first moved there, we would hear crashing in the woods like something big was always running around. You could tell it had two feet and it sounded huge. One day, me my mom and my brother were walking outside at night, i was in the middle burning sage for cleansing. We heard a roar besides us and my mom and brother had huge claw marks down their backs. That made something click inside of me and i stopped fearing this being, turned and faced the direction of what i now believe firmly was a skinwalker, all i could see was a tall, black silhouette, it looked like it was covered in thick fur but it was too blurry and dark out to see in detail as it was about 75ft away. Without thinking i walked directly towards it with the sage in my hands and screamed leave my family now! It backed up slightly but continued to stand there, extremely errirlie still. My mother and my brother were so scared they were stuck where they were standing. I turned to look at my mom and as i did that whatever this thing was ran directly towards me, i turned back around to face it and thats when i saw its face. It would absolutely petrify anyone else who would have seen it. It had blood red eyes, with wolf/hyena like face, and as i looked directly into its eyes it started smiling, at this time mom and brother started crying, and then my adrenaline started pumping because i thought whatever this thing was (i didn't know at the time) was going to either kill me or severely hurt me, and i remember telling myself, "oh well, if i go down im going down with a fight". I ran directly towards it and i swung the hardest overhand right, and at the same time i prayed to god to give me strength. I can remember its smile immediately turned to a very angry face and when i felt my hand strike its chest (it was too tall for me to reach its face unfortunately) it let out a blood curdling roar and it disappeared. I have not seen/felt anything like it since. I remember this story vividly and i like to think god was with me that day to assist me in standing up to this creature. It took my mom and brother some time to snap back as they were in shock (and my mom thought i would be a goner). That takes me to what i was originally getting at. I feel firmly that they only feed off of fear, and anxiety and if youre genuinely not afraid and ready to stand up to these, sick, twisted beings and put your foot down that this my land, my family and you will not harm us, you can bring the power within forward to make them leave whether they like it or not. All of us have the power of god in us, and ever since that day i have worked towards my spiritual strength because next time i see one of these 'skinwalkers' i will do more than just make them leave.
You are absolutely right about our fears. I’m native and when I went out on my first 4 night fast alone deep in the woods, my teacher told me that I could expect to be visited first by whatever I feared the most in life to prepare myself for that test. It would try to make me leave my commitment. As an elder I also passed teachings along to those who sought out knowledge and understandings for themselves.

So many different peoples have passed thru Poland, for thousands of years. Many many traditions. There were different indigenous peoples in the North of America before the "Eskimos" came and rapidly pushed them further and further until there was no place to go. Europeans weren't the first to do that in America. Even here, many indigenous traditions were destroyed by conquests over the years. Not as many or as often as with Poland, though!

When I was 14, my friends And I came upon this older Navajo lady....she was down on her knees...in the canyon...looking up at an owl on the cliff...she was chanting and singing to this owl...she was completely naked...the owl flew to her and sat on her head after which she disappeared... The owl flew off but her clothes were still there...Ran home and told Grandma who asked who was the lady, we told her...she said I will let Grandpa know...Two weeks later we heard that the lady was found dead in her hogan with no visible signs of trauma. Grandpa did a ceremony for us and that was of that. True story.

I'm from Michigan, pretty far removed from reservations. I see everyday day names from the first nations people. Washtenaw. Nichwagh. Saginaw. Lake Huron/river. Lenawee. Counties and nature are named after them. Here's the deal. We probably have some forms of hardship as a world. And soon. In a few decades, the principles of humanity will up root corruption and we will have a fair an just world. A golden age is coming. But it will be hard first. The US government and its puppet masters have been deliberately keeping african americans and native Americans down. I'd like to see wealth and prosperity in the entire country. No more insane corruption. And no more poor. I want to see native American humans flourish. During that golden era a huge preservation of said culture may occur

I don't understand it to be honest. Why wouldn't you speak about what or who they are? In my opinion it's very important to know these things in detail so you can differentiate the good from the bad. It can save someone's life. Because demons doesn't always show up as something horrible, they often show themselves in light so you could falsely refer to them as an angel or they're shape-shifting into hurt and innocent animals. For me it's very important to name these things from the bad side and to speak about them, so everyone can learn and stay away from these entities

I'm Plains Cree and was asked by a cop if I saw the centaur after telling him that phantom passengers were a common thing for cops to witness, the fear in his eyes was something else to behold as the average cop has to maintain a professional attitude. It's one thing to hear a relative say such things but hearing it from a cop gave me the chills, that was one of those "OMG that was REAL?" moments where it really starts to sink in. When I was a child about 12 years old, I made friends with 2 other girls close to my age, all of us had strong spiritual gifts so we stuck together, but as we grew up both of them leaned toward witchcraft while I kept to faith in god and knew my identity as a child of god. It got to the point where my friends were summoning demons that appeared as a shadow that followed me home, only appearing out of the corner of my eye, so I went to my mom and admitted that my friends decided to be witches and I had a dark spirit following me now. She was able to help me get rid of it, I cut ties with those friends after that, but its heart breaking that even children can get pulled into the dark side if they dont have a sure knowledge of their identity.

Yes! I have several Navajo friends and have learned these things aren't discussed because of calling it to you. I'm Catholic and have heard exorcists warning people about focusing too much on this or learning anything about the occult or darkness.
Then why are catholic excorcists all over internet and giving gory testimonies in detail in long interviews? They know that they often will have million views of which many is children with no one to talk about their feelings regards these things.

I am a Catholic Navajo. Yes, the traditional Navajo teachings go hand in hand with the Catholic faith. Some are almost identical, like the Navajo gifts and the virtues of the Holy Spirit, i.e. love, joy, generosity, reverence.
I had a dream about the four devils. In my dream a man's voice said " I'm going to show you the four devils" one was a black shadow man, a witch, a green goblin, a man half animal, I don't know the names but they all have a reason and what they do . I know the evil one. It's why I always notice so much bad when I try to do good. Every good action I do comes with backfires and failings. I used to think it was cool to be the bad guy, but then I grew up, and it seems I have a long way to go to distance myself from it. I genuinely don't mean any disrespect to you when I say this, but I was in a relationship with a Sikh woman for 8 years and all her family cared about was materialistic objects like cars etc and they thought that it what makes you a success. What I love about aboriginal teachings is that it’s very simple and straight forward yet it has a profound effect on you and unlocks a lot of complexity within you. I’m Puerto Rican man from NYC and this old teacher speaks about things that are true today even in my world here. The evil, distractions, demons, obsession to material things it’s all true. I see people acting so crazy in the streets for whatever reasons but I know they weren’t born that way. Evil is real and it’s everywhere. That one teacher who molests students. That one police officer who steals money from evidence and sends people to prison who are innocent. The one family member who tries over and over to get off drugs. Evil is an influence that will never stop and if carrying a cross, a pouch of herbs, a necklace with a special stone or image of a Saint whatever keeps you strong in the path of righteousness use it! Keep it! When a man like this an elder of a tribe dies maybe his spirit is reachable somehow but generations of knowledge and love go with him. I really appreciate all of your teachings. But I especially like this teaching, in part because I think we all are seeing some version of this resurgence of evilness around us now. Maybe it’s not so much of a resurgence as it is more of something recognizable than before. But I also appreciate this idea that if we show too much interest in them/it, then those entities can use us to do their bidding. That they can then attack us not just physically but also break apart our family system. This is mind blowing in its simplicity. It makes so much sense and I can think of a multitude of instances where this has happened to me or people around me. However, I won’t be speaking of it anymore.

First of all thank you for this video, it resonates strongly with everything I’ve been able to perceive and experience so far. I wanted to share this story because I don’t have these teachings yet intuitively I’ve acted out on these principles. I go to the forest often and generally through my life I’ve had a lot of strange paranormal phenomena always happening around me. It got to a point in my life in which I realized I was attracting all of what was happening to me because I did wanted to see beyond the illusion, I knew ever since I can remember that there were things I couldn’t put into words hiding right in front of me, all around me, pretending to be something it wasn’t. One of my most recent experiences was deep in the forest far away from civilization. I went camping with a friend and from the moment we set our tent I was feeling very strange so I just started to pray. I’m not religious and I don’t pray often but when I do it’s an impulse, almost like I can’t control it my spirit takes control. I was praying all night inside of the tent while my friend was outside making fire. Before he went into his tent, I came out to sing a prayer of protection. Again this is not something I do, it kind of just came out of me. Fast forward to later than night and we saw all of this beautiful small lights land on top of the trees around us and above us. The only reason we could see them it’s because our tent was see through on the top. It looked very similar to a tree decorated with lights but much more beautiful. After that, we heard almost right next to us something big that was close, it started yelling and singing while it’s voice kept shape shifting into different animals and sounds I can’t identify. Then it broke into what sounded a thousand hounds from hell howling and I felt great fear in my heart but I didn’t let it get to me too much, I kept strong in prayer, through it all I kept praying until I fell asleep. I realized days later those lights protected us from whatever that was and I was almost like guided into claiming that protection. Needless to say I would love to speak to someone like him one day, it’s one of my dreams.

Native Americans are originally from Asia. If you go back far enough around 70 000 BC you'll find the ancestors to ALL non Africans living around India or the middle east (in population genetics this corresponds to haplogroup F). Around 70 000 BC an event happened (possibly the Toba eruption) that drastically reduced the number of people on earth (bottleneck event seen in our dna). It's possible that concepts like the Evil One existed in our ancestors from after 70 000 BC, and the belief stayed with people regardless of their migrations, cultural evolutions etc. Some anthropologists have been trying to find out some of these core beliefs that might exist in every culture which could mean they existed among our early ancestors when there wasn't a lot of us. This could be one of these beliefs.

However, would it not also stand to reason that if there really is only one truth, the adversary to "the good/holy One" would create as many diversions or manipulations of that truth?? You give them power with fear and anxiety. We live on a huge mountain in TN, mostly secluded from other people. When we first moved there, we would hear crashing in the woods like something big was always running around. You could tell it had two feet and it sounded huge. One day, me my mom and my brother were walking outside at night, i was in the middle burning sage for cleansing. We heard a roar besides us and my mom and brother had huge claw marks down their backs. That made something click inside of me and i stopped fearing this being, turned and faced the direction of what i now believe firmly was a skinwalker, all i could see was a tall, black silhouette, it looked like it was covered in thick fur but it was too blurry and dark out to see in detail as it was about 75ft away. Without thinking i walked directly towards it with the sage in my hands and screamed leave my family now! It backed up slightly but continued to stand there, extremely errirlie still. My mother and my brother were so scared they were stuck where they were standing. I turned to look at my mom and as i did that whatever this thing was ran directly towards me, i turned back around to face it and thats when i saw its face. It would absolutely petrify anyone else who would have seen it. It had blood red eyes, with wolf/hyena like face, and as i looked directly into its eyes it started smiling, at this time mom and brother started crying, and then my adrenaline started pumping because i thought whatever this thing was (i didn't know at the time) was going to either kill me or severely hurt me, and i remember telling myself, "oh well, if i go down im going down with a fight". I ran directly towards it and i swung the hardest overhand right, and at the same time i prayed to god to give me strength. I can remember its smile immediately turned to a very angry face and when i felt my hand strike its chest (it was too tall for me to reach its face unfortunately) it let out a blood curdling roar and it disappeared. I have not seen/felt anything like it since. I remember this story vividly and i like to think god was with me that day to assist me in standing up to this creature. It took my mom and brother some time to snap back as they were in shock (and my mom thought i would be a goner).
That takes me to what i was originally getting at. I feel firmly that they only feed off of fear, and anxiety and if youre genuinely not afraid and ready to stand up to these, sick, twisted beings and put your foot down that this my land, my family and you will not harm us, you can bring the power within forward to make them leave whether they like it or not.
All of us have the power of god in us, and ever since that day i have worked towards my spiritual strength because next time i see one of these 'skinwalkers' i will do more than just make them leave.
You are absolutely right about our fears. I’m native and when I went out on my first 4 night fast alone deep in the woods, my teacher told me that I could expect to be visited first by whatever I feared the most in life to prepare myself for that test. It would try to make me leave my commitment. As an elder I also passed teachings along to those who sought out knowledge and understandings for themselves.

When I was 14, my friends And I came upon this older Navajo lady....she was down on her knees...in the canyon...looking up at an owl on the cliff...she was chanting and singing to this owl...she was completely naked...the owl flew to her and sat on her head after which she disappeared... The owl flew off but her clothes were still there...Ran home and told Grandma who asked who was the lady, we told her...she said I will let Grandpa know...Two weeks later we heard that the lady was found dead in her hogan with no visible signs of trauma. Grandpa did a ceremony for us and that was of that. True story.

I'm Plains Cree and was asked by a cop if I saw the centaur after telling him that phantom passengers were a common thing for cops to witness, the fear in his eyes was something else to behold as the average cop has to maintain a professional attitude. It's one thing to hear a relative say such things but hearing it from a cop gave me the chills, that was one of those "OMG that was REAL?" moments where it really starts to sink in. When I was a child about 12 years old, I made friends with 2 other girls close to my age, all of us had strong spiritual gifts so we stuck together, but as we grew up both of them leaned toward witchcraft while I kept to faith in god and knew my identity as a child of god. It got to the point where my friends were summoning demons that appeared as a shadow that followed me home, only appearing out of the corner of my eye, so I went to my mom and admitted that my friends decided to be witches and I had a dark spirit following me now. She was able to help me get rid of it, I cut ties with those friends after that, but its heart breaking that even children can get pulled into the dark side if they dont have a sure knowledge of their identity.

Yes! I have several Navajo friends and have learned these things aren't discussed because of calling it to you. I'm Catholic and have heard exorcists warning people about focusing too much on this or learning anything about the occult or darkness.
Then why are catholic excorcists all over internet and giving gory testimonies in detail in long interviews?
They know that they often will have million views of which many is children with no one to talk about their feelings regards these things.

I had a dream about the four devils. In my dream a man's voice said " I'm going to show you the four devils" one was a black shadow man, a witch, a green goblin, a man half animal, I don't know the names but they all have a reason and what they do . I know the evil one. It's why I always notice so much bad when I try to do good. Every good action I do comes with backfires and failings. I used to think it was cool to be the bad guy, but then I grew up, and it seems I have a long way to go to distance myself from it. It's the same in Martial Arts. Anyone who asks about the Dark practices is looked at with suspicion. Because the teacher is responsible for the student and how the teachings are used.

I’m Puerto Rican man from NYC and this old teacher speaks about things that are true today even in my world here. The evil, distractions, demons, obsession to material things it’s all true. I see people acting so crazy in the streets for whatever reasons but I know they weren’t born that way. Evil is real and it’s everywhere. That one teacher who molests students. That one police officer who steals money from evidence and sends people to prison who are innocent. The one family member who tries over and over to get off drugs. Keep it! When a man like this an elder of a tribe dies maybe his spirit is reachable somehow but generations of knowledge and love go with him. I was contacted by a skinwalker. It tried to get me down to Arizona. I said "NOPE!" Moved to an area where no skinwalker can go. It was creepy. It took the form of my friends ' mom. Even their dad said she was not his his wife. He didn't know what it was. My friends also said no to the skinwalker. I think my detection of this creature saved my friends and I.

I really appreciate all of your teachings. But I especially like this teaching, in part because I think we all are seeing some version of this resurgence of evilness around us now. How did you find out it was your aunt? I need to find out who sent shadows my way. I’ve been seeing shadows for years so I’m thinking family. Bc my sister did witchcraft when she was a teenager. She then hid it from us so I don’t know if she still practices it.

This is so much more helpful than what most people are putting out there. Thank you for sharing this wisdom. It is really deep in our modern culture a sickness where healers are taught to be sick as well. Much gratitude. I'm not from a native tradition but been figuring out a lot lf the things that been put for me in my path.

First of all thank you for this video, it resonates strongly with everything I’ve been able to perceive and experience so far. I wanted to share this story because I don’t have these teachings yet intuitively I’ve acted out on these principles. I go to the forest often and generally through my life I’ve had a lot of strange paranormal phenomena always happening around me. It got to a point in my life in which I realized I was attracting all of what was happening to me because I did wanted to see beyond the illusion, I knew ever since I can remember that there were things I couldn’t put into words hiding right in front of me, all around me, pretending to be something it wasn’t. One of my most recent experiences was deep in the forest far away from civilization. I went camping with a friend and from the moment we set our tent I was feeling very strange so I just started to pray. I’m not religious and I don’t pray often but when I do it’s an impulse, almost like I can’t control it my spirit takes control. I was praying all night inside of the tent while my friend was outside making fire. Before he went into his tent, I came out to sing a prayer of protection. Again this is not something I do, it kind of just came out of me. Fast forward to later than night and we saw all of this beautiful small lights land on top of the trees around us and above us. The only reason we could see them it’s because our tent was see through on the top. It looked very similar to a tree decorated with lights but much more beautiful. After that, we heard almost right next to us something big that was close, it started yelling and singing while it’s voice kept shape shifting into different animals and sounds I can’t identify. Then it broke into what sounded a thousand hounds from hell howling and I felt great fear in my heart but I didn’t let it get to me too much, I kept strong in prayer, through it all I kept praying until I fell asleep. I realized days later those lights protected us from whatever that was and I was almost like guided into claiming that protection. Needless to say I would love to speak to someone like him one day, it’s one of my dreams.

…you mean Blackfoot and Apache? I’m Diné, grew up in AZ and NM. I have lots of apache family from different bands, never heard of such a thing as Blackfoot apaches
In my travels i have heard that before.. Blackfoot this or that.. Your saying your lineage is from the Blackfoot Confederacy of Alberta, Canada and Montana.. because there are different Bands of Blackfoot.. Which band of Apaches.. again there are several.. Just curious..

It didn’t develop independently. We all come from Noah. And at the Tower of Babel mankind was scattered, bringing there knowledge with them. It’s why all ancient mythology’s are the same

Native Americans are originally from Asia. If you go back far enough around 70 000 BC you'll find the ancestors to ALL non Africans living around India or the middle east (in population genetics this corresponds to haplogroup F). Around 70 000 BC an event happened (possibly the Toba eruption) that drastically reduced the number of people on earth (bottleneck event seen in our dna). It's possible that concepts like the Evil One existed in our ancestors from after 70 000 BC, and the belief stayed with people regardless of their migrations, cultural evolutions etc. Some anthropologists have been trying to find out some of these core beliefs that might exist in every culture which could mean they existed among our early ancestors when there wasn't a lot of us. This could be one of these beliefs.
