Lal Mathachi bhaji is a quick and healthy recipe made using red spinach, spices, onions and garnished with coconut. Try this leafy vegetable recipe at home and enjoy it with bhakri. Do not forget to send us your feedback in the comments below.
Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Oil
3 Garlic, crushed
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
3 Onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 Bunch Red Spinach leaves
1 cup Coconut, grated
Method:-
Heat oil in a vessel, garlic and let it turn slightly red in color.
Add green chillies, onions, turmeric powder and saute the onions.
Add salt, mix well and add red spinach, stir-fry it.
Add coconut, mix well, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Our Lalmatachi Bhaji is ready to serve.

भाजी छानच आहे.परंतू आधी धुवून घेतली पाहिजे आम्ही मालवणी त्यात ओले खाेबरे देखील घालताे .छान लागते.भातात घातला तर लालभात म्हणून मुल आवडीने खातात.बाकी तुमची भाजी खूपच छान 👌

Veg is tasty but we don’t keep vegetables in water after cutting or cut vegetables and then wash as then all the nutrients are lost
