Absolutely. I personally think it's better as a stand alone game than the RE 2 remake, but as a remake it unquestionably stands head and shoulders above it. The RE 2 remake took away so much of the original and barely added anything, it was all just a bunch of changes, barely even the same game at all. This was more like the RE 1 remake.
Pat playing on Baby Mode is such a Pat thing, the "I'm playing on the Internet" excuse just doesn't cut it Pat. Let's face it, you'd pick Baby Mode no matter what.
I don't understand the "Hide Disturbing Scenes" option. Isn't the entire point of this game the "disturbing scenes"? Does ticking the option just auto-complete the game for you and give you every cheevo? Does it only apply to cutscenes? If so, again, whats the point if equally disturbing shit is going to be happening in gameplay? Such a bizarre option to have in a horror game. If this weren't an EA game, the developers could make that option do something cool, like put a new skin on the game that makes it look like what the Pyro sees in the Meet the Pyro animation. But its EA so they wouldn't do something that cool.
@@some2b1tguy My guess specifically the Chinese market because even Terraria had to have different sprites to tone down the "gore", honestly they looked more menacing than the OG sprites but they didn't have bright red blood so I guess that's enough. Considering how hard Activison/Blizzard bend over to ensure they can stay in that market I'm sure EA's the same.

The remake is overall fantastic but you wouldn't expect, and would be very disappointed by, some things being downgraded. If you loved the first one of course it's only natural.
That's kind of also pats fault for falsely pointing out like 50 things that aren't different at all.
Having chat taking up space that should be videogame is my biggest pet peeve. When I watched livestreams I'd hide chat. Nowadays every stream has the chat glued next to/over gameplay. If I didn't give a shit about chat when I watched live why the *fuck* would I want it there on a VOD?
So you are complaining about them complaining? lol Flock off, you don't get to decide what people can cricitize
@@nooostop4664 Did you just criticize his criticism of people's critics... Critiception
I feel like a better chapter 5 name would be "Leaps of Faith".
im gonna post sacrilege
this is better than the RE2 remake
With all the hype surrounding this game, I really need to play this once I get the chance.
It is actually
Oh yeah, by far.
Force gun does kill them
ConTROLLer Jump scare
Pat playing on Baby Mode is such a Pat thing, the "I'm playing on the Internet" excuse just doesn't cut it Pat. Let's face it, you'd pick Baby Mode no matter what.
They made Nicole into Cate Blanchett
It’s for overseas
@@some2b1tguy My guess specifically the Chinese market because even Terraria had to have different sprites to tone down the "gore", honestly they looked more menacing than the OG sprites but they didn't have bright red blood so I guess that's enough. Plus I've seen some pics of censors for anime in china where they make the blood white which... honestly makes it look worse depending on scene context. Considering how hard Activison/Blizzard bend over to ensure they can stay in that market I'm sure EA's the same.
Monster should just sponsor this man already
The map is a map!!! Already better
4:00:05 Anyone else notice Pat getting more and more vicious with people in chat for no particular reason? Just being generally toxic and causing chat to dogpile on people who don't deserve to be called out whatsoever, it's been getting worse over time. I know he can be an asshole but it's been crossing the line into unreasonable cruelty for me as of late. I know when it comes to punching down on randoms you can point to almost any random twitch streamer and find it being done much worse, but still.
He did spoiled a moment in the game
You be pissed too if during a movie someone randomly spoil a scene
Thats not toxic at all lmao
