I just watched a few videos on the TripodTorch looks like an awesome piece of gear, hit me up on IG instagram.com/kadenventures_/ if you want to talk about a collab! Cheers
This spot is actually at the end of Deer creek /champion road (I think it’s spot 4? From that Charleston video 😃 it’s right across the street from Sawmill trailhead 👌🏽Thanks for watching Ashton!
Dude I just came out of Lee Canyon. I was there for a week. Needed a break from this city life. I'm gonna check out that fire pit you got. Aloha and thanks for the great camp spots.
@@808Fam nice! We’ll if you have a few days and want to get out of the heat check out Cedar Breaks area, lots of stuff to do in the area and good dispersed camping 👌🏽 takes about 3 hours to get out there
Hey Nolan, yes I will definitely get around to doing a video someday on the 270, I need to use it more tbh before I do a review. The way I mounted it on the GFC, I had to buy the GFC mounting brackets then used the hardware from the 270 to mount it. If u check out my Sedona video a few weeks ago I go into a bit more depth and show some shots of how it’s mounted to give you an idea but the GFC brackets aren’t cheap… u have to buy 2 and they r priced separately on GFCs website so it was about $120 just for the brackets
We’ve used it a lot over the last few weeks and it’s been awesome! The size is perfect and it puts out a good flame and feels like more heat in comparison to our bigger propane pit! It’s also on sale last I looked ($150 vs $200) 🤙🏽 thanks for watching Bee!
Hey Kevin! It's one of those collapsible crates we bought from Costco ($20) super cheap and they've been holding up great to a lot of weight (surprisingly lol) I've definitely been abusing these crates but they've been holding up like a champ!
Dude. I got the new ignik 5gal propane tank and in hella annoyed. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I can’t get the damn propane to continuously come out the hose. U hear the propane come out for like 3 seconds then shuts off on its own. Even when I try to time it with lighting the Coleman stove. Does it on the buddy heater too. I’ve tried googling it and YouTubing it. Can’t find a solution and seems to be common.
Damn man sorry to hear their propane tank isn’t working right, I’m using a standard Blue Rhino tank and just exchange it when it runs out so I haven’t tried their tank but I’d reach out to Ignik directly about the issues your having they r pretty responsive at least for the folks Ive talked to
we had the ignik and found it worked great..but ended up with the Tembo tusk firepit and that breaks down flat and even smaller footprint. But the ignik is good too
Sometimes there arent rocks around to level out so we usually bring the leveling blocks for those scenarios, I dont mind bringing the blocks out they are easy enough to pack. thanks for watching Scott!
These things are super nice. Great vid buddy!
It’s been a great upgrade! Thanks man!
Thank you

@@MetalVentor that’s awesome! Glad to hear y’all had a good time 🤙🏽
Thanks for the review! 🙂 Kewl little fire alternative.
Way better than packing our big fire pit that we normally bring! :)

Damn a whole week out there! That’s awesome did u get bored at all? 😂
@@Kadenventures I actually did. Lol we did some driving around Mt Charleston and the surrounding areas. So not too bad.

@@Kadenventures I remember that video. This maybe the next place to check out. Mahalo 🤙
hey @Kadenventures where did you get the blue gallon's of water (7:00)? thank you
We got that jug from REI I believe 👌🏽
Way cool - I like the compact form factor, would be great for truck camping.
One of the main reasons why I really like this firepit! Easier to pack vs the round firepit we normally bring with us. Thanks for watching DJ!
Any chance you'd do a video on the OVS 270 and how it's installed etc on the GFC? I can't decide if I should pull the trigger or not.

Kaden what crate are you using that fits both the 20lb propane tank and Firecan?

I didn’t even kno the Temo tusk had a fire pit lol is it a wood fire pit or propane?
Just use rocks ot level. Why pack stuff you don't need.
