    Thanks for this extremely insightful video about my fav commander! K'rrik is extremely cool. One question i was wondering was your classification of "mana rocks". Does this classification include ramping effects like rituals, blood pet, and heartless summoning?

    8:38 Signal isn't for interaction, it's a combo with Atherflux.

    Hey Mons nice vid, cool to see some of the stats as a K'rrik player.
    I might be able to offer some insight as to the inclusion for some of the cards in the list.
    Leshrac's sigil is a combo piece with aetherflux resevoir since with enough storm count you can play and use it's ability to pick it up for with K'rrik out.
    Also a note on sheoldred: she combo's with vilis (every damage you take draws you a card and sheoldred gains you 2 life) very cleanly.
    And with bolas citadel and divining top she also gains you life allowing you to sometimes bypass aetherflux entirely.
    All the anti creature spells are basically your control and provide you the interaction with the board.
    A fun inclusion is baleful mastery the alternative cost there can provide draw to an opponent to stop a win and you can remove a stax piece, so you can try after =)

      Baleful mastery can also shut down a Thoracle win 😉

    Hello, I play K'rrik and am trying to build it like a cEDH, and this video was absurdely useful. It would be useful if there were more samples to show some more "accurate" prospection. Maybe this video would appreciate a remake sooner or later? hehe

    Unless something crazy happened that I missed, usually Leshrac's Sigil exists only for Aetherflux wincons. It's like Chain and Onyx.
    And I'm torn on Darkness. I keep thinking about it myself for various reasons, but just dunno. I love it for ruining infinite combat turns(like a Godo) but also feel it'd be better as another spot removal. But it's also one-mana interaction, so..... idk.

    • @SenorCoupon
      @SenorCoupon ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Came here to say the same about Sigil. Purely a combo piece, and even in the context of Aetherflux, it probably mostly makes it into decks with Doomsday lines alongside the Reservoir (this claim is not backed by data, just by conjecture)

    Hi, I've been playing K'rrik for more than a year, going international tournaments and getting good results. This video is awesome but I have some questions. Have u data about Pestilence/Toxic Deluge?
    Defile and Darkness really surprised me but I find the Dragon is a must. Some data should have been collected before March of the Machine.

    • @cedhtv
      @cedhtv  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pestilence: 19.50%
      Toxic Deluge: 14.56%
      This is the average winrate decks with these cards got.

    Just something I'd like to note for your staple diagram: you probably should swap the #of and %wr. It's more logical looking at a diagram that way since the information we want to figure out is the %wr that is influenced by the #of staples you run.

    7:34 Darkness prevent some combat damage, its a useful way to keep your mana/life for the future turns. Being the black player and in this case, the Krrirk player make everyone on the table focus on your life total.
    But it depends more of the style of the deck than the game. Those new Krrirk decks are so turbo that they dont need to worry about the turn 3 of the game. Or they alredy won or they cannot win anymore.

    I don't suppose you could do win rates based on board wipes, or win rates based on counter spells. I know would take a little bit to get all the data and you'd have to probably manually search but it would be a good video to watch

    • @cedhtv
      @cedhtv  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Painters servant and deathgrip play well in krrik but it's definitely a trap. Yes it has a high win rate in my deck when I get them together but people don't let them both sit together.
