You find the absolute quirkiest things ever and I love it. It’s actually a pretty good replica. I’ve climbed the original one in Paris and it’s heavily guarded too. Nice courthouse, thanks for taking me to Paris… again.
Paris Landing SP restaurant has some wonderful catfish, Tolle. Buffet style too for the "Big Bite!" We enjoyed seeing the downtown and of course the Eifel Tower!
As far as replicas of the Eiffel Tower go it would be hard to argue that this isn't in the top ten. I wouldn't be able to confirm this but I imagine a field trip to France was taken in order to obtain a feel for how the original Eiffel Tower meshes with its surrounding area and what they could do in Tennessee to equal that. It is truly a cool tower. I imagine the smaller Eiffel Tower they have in the little water park is even cooler given its proximity to so much refreshing water.
I had no idea there were so many towns named Paris in the US. It's so cool how the all have an Eiffel tower. I think in the future, you need to head up to King's Island and get a view from that tower! Even better, collab trip to Paris, France!!! 🇫🇷
France can't compete with Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas! Definitely need to get back to King's Island. I've been there many times but it has been years and years since I was last there.
Hey Tolle, you have been to a lot of cities named Paris. I am surprised the Paris in Ohio is not where the French 500 landed down around Gallipolis. I think I heard even Napoleon was suppose to lead a group to that area.....but I guess he got tied up at Waterloo.....but there is a Waterloo, OH there by Gallipolis. The area boasts that Napoleon's girl friend was there, but she got tied up with another man, and the French king came there to retrieve one of his children from a former fling. I probably heard all of that on one of your videos, so who knows if it is true ;-}
Did you swing the tower at all? Seemed like a pretty nice little downtown. I didn't have the time but there looked like a few good restaurants downtown by the courthouse.

Yes, as far as architectural reproductions go this a stunning work. Scale details seemed to very precise and an excellent area was chosen for its construction. I imagine that it has brought many tourist into the area (especially after its initial opening) that has really benefitted the local economy. The landscaping in the park is also rather nicely upkept. You can only imagine that there are those in France that appreciate the effort and attention to detail that their counterparts in the state of Tennessee accomplished.

Tori and I were just there Tuesday morning before heading back to Florida. Didn't vlog it but will add footage to our hotel stay from Paris.
