Listen,movies are to be appreciated only if it is good and story reaches our expectations.Kalki after getting announced everyone was hyped about it,and its kalki team to satisfy our hype(*To be satisfied by every type of audience*).If it doesnt,then its gonna get negative review...Just because of efforts we cant appreciate..Simply to put "extraordinary efforts with simple/good product is worse i.e extraordinary effort can only be appreciaed only if the product is extraordinary" .There are films with less effort compared to the effort by kalki team and reached a lot of audience with great stories,I dont have to mention those films as everyone knows it.If some one is that dumb to not know, Here are list of movies with less effort compaerd to kalki team and satisfied a lot to every type of audience:
