I have three suggestions: 1. Mourinho's Inter in 2010, especially the matches in CL against Barcelona. 2. Sampaoli's Sevilla from this season or 3. Monaco this season, a highly productive side scoring 75 (!) times in their first 25 matches. :)

C'mon guys ahhaha did you ever see Hamsik on the court? Never ever foul anyone, one of the sweetest guys in football, I would say he's a little soft and that what stopped him to be a real champ.

something between Sampaoli, Bielsa, and Sarri. that's how i want to set up my team, I'm still playing at a Semi-Pro level, but since i'm 25 i'm probably gonna call it quits soon and hopefully get my coaching badges... I have always looked for content on coaching styles but could never find anything, up until uMAXit ;)... so i enjoy the content thoroughly,i've watched all of your video's and its crazy how fast you guys have gained popularity in one year although I have to say with your quality content i'm not surprized, content is excellent gets better with each upload keep it up we support the channel!

Napoli plays the most attractive football in Serie A! The fast combination passes from midfield to attack are a joy to watch. Sacchi praises them alot in italian tv and claims to be an attacking minded team like his Milan. Napoli never do a catenaccio and do not have the ability to win ugly like Juve

Id love to see a comparison between the Roma Spalletti teams of the 00's and what he's doing now. He's a really good coach as he knows how to get the best out of what he has available to him and this is reflected in how he is using a different style now to that which he used in his first spell as coach.

Great video, I just want to add how special Sarri's approach is in a league where defending and countering has been the norm. He's revolutionizing this defensive approach, showing how you can dominate while taking such offensive risks. Other teams are following suit, making the league generally more offensive and fun to watch
And its 2022 now and its one of the more attacking and progressive leagues in europe ! What an amazing transition
@@hamgil You're completely right! Great to see Atalanta, Napoli, Inter, and to a lesser extent Milan, Empoli and some others play great attacking football.
Only team going against this trend is the one with the most expensive team and highest wages, juve. All while getting terrible results of course.
Hope that Sarri gets the backing he needs at Lazio so he can turn them into his Napoli 2.0

As an ardent follower of Serie A for many years I have to say Napoli are amazing to watch. Watching them turn Inter Milan into mince meat by winning 3-0 was incredible.

Hi,i'm a Napoli's supporter,every sunday i can see this tactic from the stadium,your job is ok but,when Napoli attack one of Ghoulam or Hysaj go back to form a line of 3 defenders while Diawara (or Jorginho) go up in line whit Hamsik and Allan (or Zielinski) because Sarri love to play with midfields in line to help high pressing...Compliments for your job ;)

I like the fact this channel focused on things which people don't talk about. Some people ask to do videos about Chelsea, Barcelona, Madrid etc. but honestly what's the point of that? I like that that this channel shows appreciation for other teams.

#umaxitgiveaway3 I like different teams but Last season I got to watch a game of Napoli's, and I fell in love like I rarely did in this sport, there was the control of the game that you can find in Simeone and the love for teamwork and attacking football that you could find in Bielsa... moreover all of this struck me instantly and I really loved it the way you fall in love with a movie. and it's through this that I came into Umaxit vids, whose words were so spot on and so good to describe Sarri's work. thanks and cheers lads!

Sounds pretty similar to the way Atlanta united plays now. Although Atlanta united plays more of a 343 when the car (larentowicz) drops between the center backs. This lets the fullbacks push up where we focus on quick counters and possession based play.

This system could work very very well at chelsea this would suit the current squad like a glove courtois alonso rudiger Christensen and Azpillicueta kante to hold with fabregas and Loftus cheek either side Hazard Willian on the wings with Giroud (still find writing that bit odd) or whoever we replace Morata with. We will probably leak goals occasionally but we would be electric in attack and would smash some teams of the park. I do hope we get him it would be nice to be the neutrals favourite for a change.

Need an update as this season Napoli has many problems with the forward. So in the end Mertens played in striker position.
Today Sarri's been awarded the "Panchina d'oro" as the best coach in the past season.
Probably the most prestigious award there is since voters are all FIGC managers (hands down the best in the world)
instead of naive supporters or journalists from Bora Bora or Qatar as in Fifa awards (come on ffs...)
