There's just something about the british and lionel richie. Oh my gol you would think that song came out this year for all the times I've heard it referenced in british tv.
I had the pleasure of teaching him A level English for one year. It was so obvious that his humour and talent would feature prominently in his life. Now, what a gift he is to the world of entertainment! Dr. Peter Morgan, with best wishes.
I have great memories of seeing Rob, for the first time, in our local comprehensive school yearly stage musical ie. Guy's and Dolls. My daughter was in the chorus with all her friends. Ruth Jones was on the same stage. I think it was his last year before leaving for Drama college. It was obvious, even then that he was going to be a great actor/comic.
He's both parodying and stereotyping here. People could take offence. But comedians mock and parody....that's what they do. And in actuality, the invitation isn't really to laugh at others, it's to laugh at ourselves. We're all in the same boat, we're all flawed, we all have problems. None of us are above being mocked and parodied.
It always astounds me that people see a thumbnail for a video of something they "never" liked, watch it enough to be able to determine that the content of the video is "cringe", and then feel the need to comment to the public about how much they disliked it. Surely, if you dislike it that much, there are a million and one things you could spend your time on that don't involve continuing to experience the thing you dislike?
Honestly, doesn't really matter what (amazing) company you put him in, Rob Brydon is always a highlight.
"Honestly"
sure thing
Genius, that the "Hello!" at the end was just brilliant.
Genuinely he sounded like several of my family members! 😂🏴
His rendition of Hello is priceless...
