When the receptionist refused to give them a room she berated him for being inhospitable during Glasgow's year as "European City a Culcher!".

@@johnl6356 I dont know how you think its a comedy show dont you know that impersonating a police officer is against the law & even if your an actor its still against the law so I think if you do your research you will find out that this is something that actually happened so good luck to the guy for running away as they would have probably charged him with being drunk in a public place...

If that were the case, the number of arrests for being drunk would be so high the judicial system would collapse, that and the amount of money collected in fines could fund a small country. Try to develop a sense of humour and reality.
