As an ultrarunner I feel compelled to comment on your remarks about us 😁. I'll admit to sometimes fueling long runs with junk food but the best *races* I've had are solely using carb drink and gels. I'm nowhere near elite but I find the more solid food I eat the harder it is to push a hard pace. I don't know who decided heavy fatty stuff is proper fuel for racing; the WORST experience I had in a race included a PB&J on a hot day and my stomach revolted. The good news is that what you already know is making its way into the ultra world with some recent elite results heavily favoring a "sugars and salt only if you want to go fast" mindset.
You're right, there is definitely a shift to better fueling and more professionalism in ultra running. We're glad you've found the right solution for you. Maybe it is time to jump back into that community and share some more?
That's great. If it works for you and your budget then that's something to stick with. We have a few concerns about the ratios and using enough carbs, but as long as you know those things after watching the video you can decide how best to fit it into your nutrition plan.
Love these reviews. As a relative newbie in endurance riding, it is very hard to wade through all the products out there. I have recently found and am trying Carbs Fuel. Would love your thoughts/Review of this product

Can you please do a fueling plan for an ultra run please
You should be able to create a nutrition plan for any event in the app. We'll add your request to our list for future videos too.
Nailed it again!
Thank you!
I really like EFS Pro. A scoop is 30g CHO and you can concentrate. Used it for 70.3 bike, never have gut issues and always maintain strength.

Sugar works really well for me.
That's what we like to hear!

Glad you're finding them useful. We'll add Carbs Fuel to the list for future reviews.
My bag of EFS Pro says 2 scoops=60g/carbs. I believe they changed from tubs to bags and changed "scoop" size. Should be 30g/carbs per scoop.
Thanks! A bigger scoop definitely helps.
Is this re-uploaded? I thought i watched this already?
Either that or they changed the code of the matrix .. again...
Yes, this is a reupload:)
Had problems with subtitles in the previous video!
