G'day Paul. The M9 coil is a keeper for sure.Lock is unusual and badges are always a nice find. Some interesting finds have come from there. Cheers mate.
Great video Gazza. My first job when I went to Melbourne in the mid 70's was working for the RASV at which I was there for about 4 years on the permanent ground staff. That medallion you found would have been a members badge only good for the year it was issued. Cheers John
Hi John. Thanks for that info. With the number on the back,I thought it might have been for members.I'm guessing "not transferable" might mean only for that year.Cheers.
Well you surprised me Gary, when you said this will be your last dig, I didn't believe it for a second, I expected several coins, but you did manage one more dig before you got back to the car. A ripper of a padlock, like you, I hadn't seen one before. The large round disc might have been a clock face, maybe, I don't know how many times I've dug something round that gets the heart and hopes going , only to find out it's a washer or something else disappointing. With some choice words held in check, I don't like to offend the cows or the local wildlife! The coppers have had a rough time of it. I'm guessing that the badge saying non transferable means it can't be used by anyone else. All in all, another great hunt, glad you took us out with you, you never seem to leave that place empty handed! Cheers Mate!
G'day Wayne. I've always found enough good stuff there to get me to come back next time. And there always seems a little bonus on the way back to the ute. Thanks for watching mate .Cheers.
The ground wasnt kind to those poor old copper coins but the silvers came up a treat 👌 love that little padlock, those things are cool as! Ive heard some pretty promising feedback on the m9 coil, keen to see you get out with it some more. Cheers for sharing Gazza.
Hi Darren.Coppers don't like the soil there, but the silvers come up well.Thankfully I've done well with the silvers at that site and more to come.Cheers mate.
Hi Gabi. Yes,I'm happy with the new coil - it did well. In the opening scene you would have seen this roo's mates bounding away as I drove there, but this one was left behind in the paddock. Thanks for watching.Cheers.
Good going with the M9 coil Gary. It is nice and light for swinging. Thought you may have had my problem that I first had with it that it only finds silver coins but you fixed that🤣. You got a good looking padlock too. Good job mate 😁👍👍
G'day Andrew. No problem finding anything the other coils will, but silver coins are always welcome and I've done well with them on this site.Cheers mate.
1908 1907 top chance ya could get half full British sovereign's got a few over the years best found in a tin had a rag some sort of grease paper on set VF not a mark nearly proof bloody gold is so soft but gold is gold 🥇. Nice finds top stuff.🎉 one still comes first with silver but when it is 1910 or 1911😂.
Great finds again, I have had a few hunts now with the M9 coil and find it great, I love the lightness
The lightness was my biggest impression about the new coil on this hunt.Cheers

Nice finds, and good show of the capabilities of the M9 coil, Gary. The local 🦘 you could have rolled down the window and asked, "okay, boomer?"!😂

Nice Gazza. Few treasures pulled out of the ground. The padlocks cool with the slide plate.👍✌️🦘🇦🇺🦘
