As a Nets fan, that’s why I have a lot of respect for Giannis, you can tell he tries to work on his game in the summer. Sure he may not make every shot and may even airball a couple FTs, but he doesn’t let it stop him from being aggressive

Main difference in Giannis compared to Ben to me is the difference between a lot of players most of the time.
Ben was a pampered Aussie who was always better than everyone he faced because he was more physically gifted not skilled. Hence being told he was going to be in the NBA and going to be good in the NBA
Giannis is from a family that emigrated to Greece and fought for everything in their life because nothing was handed to them
Their draft position says a lot on why one decided to grind and keep getting better for his family & why the other just coasted to get his "spotlight of fame"

Ben gets most of his points in transition and transition baskets decrease during the playoffs. Shaq needs to broaden his idea of "shooting" to "ability to put the ball in the basket". Shaq had post moves as his half court scoring package, Giannis's problem was that he had no half court moves, now he's a slightly below average spot up shooter in the half court to go along with his straight line drives to the basket. Ben has NO half court offense what so ever, he didn't at LSU, and you can't be a top player on a Championship team if you have no half court scoring package.

It's just odd the last two players with serious mental blocks to their game happened in Philly. 100 percent he needs a sports therapist though. Ben is afraid to shoot because he can't shoot. He can't shoot mid-range shots and if he attempts shots at the basket, he is going to get fouled and he can't make his free throws. He needs to change the mechanics of his shot and then he will be able to shoot better, especially from the free throw line. For example, Lonzo changed his shot and he improved significantly.

Jimmy Butler was right " Who is in charge"? Ben Simmons drove Jimmy Butler out of town! Jimmy was labeled a Troublemaker!
Jimmy Butler was right... the team didnt want to win!
Thank God "Jimmy Butler knew what was going on" He made the 76ers trade him to a better organization.
    Now who's laughing?
The sadest thing in life is wasted talent! Jimmy Butler tried to be a mentor to Ben but Ben turned him down!
    Very sad situation!

@@robertrudick2492 how are the lakers gunna afford his contract , if Lakers are willing to take up a huge contract somehow don't you think they'll go for someone that can get thier own shot. Lakers are looking into getting Diallo or Derick rose , someone affordable and that can meet set expectations

I’m convinced he only has become an all-star because he has commercials and media comparing him to LeBron James ...same thing with Draymond Green he is not offensive skilled anymore but he still out for all defense When people say he’s an all-star know he’s not his game has regressed since 2016

I think Kenny answered it correctly . Doc did throw him under the bus obviously. Shaq hit it too. Charles just dissed him.
