He won't take the bad shot (or bad pass in Rodger's case), but when bad shots are all he has, he has to keep fighting through it (like he did when he was overwhelmed in many of his Finals where his stats suffered as he was the only real option). In 2017-2018, AD had Cousins who was averaging 25ppg and Jrue averaging 19ppg. In 2014-2015 he had Evans, Gordon Anderson and Jrue. With out those guys AD wouldn't have made the playoffs. I totally disagree with Kenny's thought about AD would make them a 4 seed and any team he would be on would be in the playoffs. I'm a died hard Celtics fan and I remember saying when the talk was the Celtics trading Tatum for him prior to him going to L.A. that I wouldn't want him because despite how talented he was it didn't translate to wins. If we remember his last year in New Orleans he was thought of as a top ten possibly a top five player and he played with Julius Randle who was averaging 20 points and 9 boards and Jrue Holliday and the Pelicans didn't even sniff the playoffs as a matter of fact the ended up getting the number one pick. The Clippers that same year was led by Patrick Beverley and Montrez Harrell made the playoffs and played the two defending Champions hard in the first round. I'm sorry but if you're a top ten player with two very good players along side of there is no way your team should of been at the bottom of the standings.

The team is absolutely disgusting to watch! No pride, no effort, and no respect for what it means to be a laker and I wish I could tell them that to thier faces! Shaq and Chuck is right. They aren't mad about losing and they cant hang with any other team wither it be of age or effort. Kenny needs to stop making excuses because they weren't playing worthy when the whole team was together!

Russ had "no expectations" when he joined the team, huh? Wow. Why can't he just say he's disappointed and it hasn't turned out like he envisioned?
