Can you use it without the leg strap ? I just need to drop but don’t want to wear the strap around the leg. Sure it could make it easier for someone to rip off the holster but that’s not an issue at post
These are two products made by two different companies. Which are you talking about? Just know, you get what you pay for. I had a lot of different gear, and when I started REAL training, I threw it ALL out, even got a different gun. I got different pants, different holster, different belt, different sights, different magazines. Good quality things cost money, because they're created by Americans and built by Americans. Chinese garbage on Amazon is cheap, but will get you killed if you ever use them in real life.
This stuff is crazy! I don't want all this crap handing from my leg. Anyone can release the leg straps and good by gun and holster! Just give me one strap with no clasp!

Just ordered mine, but since Safariland takes a month to ship holsters, I won't be able to try it for a while.
There is not any grip inside the leg strap.

horrible job the most critical part "the buckle" you go so fast and block which direction that its is useless to watch
