This isn't a new thing, man. This is what it is. You can discuss whatever you want, but it won't change it. We had a drop in crime when we locked everyone up. No one wants to do that anymore, so this is what youll get.
We have the same problem in New Orleans. No end. Elected government officials are numb to this.
