  • Ben Rinnes - A mountain of 2759 ft - 841m, in the heart of Morayshire in North East Scotland. A rewarding walk with plenty to see, and history to soak in. This is not the most popular route to the summit, but it does take in all three crowns of granite outcroppings. The walk is 7miles - 11km, and you need to allow 4 to 6 hours - maybe more if you pause to enjoy.

    A really comprehensive guide to this hill, well done. I always find it a shame that so many folk just do an "out and back" to the top from the main car park and miss out on the amazing tors on this hill.
