I'm a console player and I've been on PC aim assist since as long as I can remember, but even that feels like too much.

Thats not a good example of it being strong, i will try to explain this with simple words, the aim assist works in a hitbox next to your oponent, it slows down when you put your aim in the enemy, rotational aim assist will try to correct your aim whenever your oponent starts to change directions, its not drastic but you will feel like its going next to the where the enemy is not in his exact location, when a second oponent appears there are two different hitboxes, wich means in your case the aim assist slowed down and the rotational aim assist just tried to put your aim next to the enemy but there were two of them wich means that was basically a cage for your aim, you died because of a bug, not aim assist being strong
Hi I work for Respawn and have covered some shifts for the Apex Dev team. We thank you for bringing this topic to light. Because of that we’ve decided that we’re giving Lifeline another nerf. Have a good day.
As a solely MNK player with roughly 1.5k hours in Apex, AA is very strong. 1 vs 1 close to medium distance, roller players 1-mag me almost every time. I'm no movement god by any means, occasional wall bounce in a fight throws off their AA for a fraction of a second but not always enough to win. Learning to obtain better angle strategies and game sense is the only way to defeat AA.
