Never say 'she has a big mouth' It a BAD thing to say about a person & it means 'she likes gossiping, she cannot keep a secret'. When describing a mouth it's better to say 'She has thin or full lips' and stop there )) You may talk about a big mouth or nose only when describing a criminal to the police or some fictional character like a witch but NOT a real person - it's very rude.
