LEAVENWORTH, WASHINGTON Travel Itinerary | Downtown, Reindeers, Sleigh Ride

We visited this little Bavarian town of Leavenworth in Washington during December’s Festival of Lights. It is a 2 hours drive east of Seattle, and 4 hours from Vancouver where we are from.
Leavenworth hosts many different festivals throughout the year in each season but we’ve always wanted to visit in the winter. We did a few special activities, and stayed at two beautiful places during our stay, and ate a lot of German sausages and bratwurst. Follow along our itinerary and enjoy the ride of Leavenworth!
IITINERARY:
Day 1:
Arrive in Leavenworth
Dinner at München Haus
Walk around town
Icicle Brewing Company
LOGE Riverside Cabin
Day 2:
Brunch at Baren Haus
Reindeer Farm
Sleigh Ride with Icicle Outfitters
Back to town for souvenirs, gift shops
The Gingerbread House
The Cheesemongers Shop
The Danish Bakery
Nutcracker Museum
Dinner at Andreas Keller
Sleeping Lady Resort
Day 3:
Your choice of brunch (we picked München Haus again)
Kris Kringl Store
Leave Leavenworth for a long drive home
