As a videographer myself, I’ve noticed this unique approach in regards to media that Arsenal have compared to other clubs. Soo gassed to support a team that’s cool off the pitch as well

Martineli's problem is a mind thing. He naturally runs/dribbles forward with his head down. They are trying, however to coach/train him into looking up for the pass/shot while making the runs with the ball. So his mind naturally wants him to keep his head down, but he is trying to do what he is being trained to do. So there's an inner conflict and he ends up fumbling the play or losing the ball. If you look closely at him recently, you'll see it clearly
What the coaching staff needs to do is do a few hundred simulations with him until him running down the wing with his head mostly up becomes second nature. Then we'll see the real Martineli again
