I have checked and found builder has old flats of phase 1 but without registery. It will be provided based on BBA. Phase 2 on which you are talking about, there is no applied for OC till now. Also club house is not built till now

@@divanshk yes Vatika Builder is playing with their old and new flat buyers and not paid the state government dues for his old and new projects so he is selling flats without obtaining the OC & CC on BBA and transfer basis and PSU banks are not providing the loan for it so do'nt buy it.
