Learned some great tips. Thanks so much! I have a Mac, and I was able to translate most of these, but another video pointed out the ribbon shortcuts only work on PCs. Bummer! I just wanted to mention as a Mac user that it's always helpful when videos mention that in the video or the description so Mac users know not to even try. But I did love the tips. Thanks!!!

hi thank you for the video, really helpfull! Consulting company should make intensive training with your video, they might save seconds or minutes per day on consultant, but for x thousands consultants on one year?
I just have a question ; 'm working on mac as well, and the "alt" and "F4" tricks are not working for me. Do you have an idea of what it could be?

For Mac you may want to check out the free shortcuts cheat sheet on our website. When you get the email there is also a link to download a Mac version. Should help a lot!
Please stop second guessing your audience and apologizing. In the same way we don’t practice that in public speaking, it’s also not a good practice in a video. Me, I’m learning lots of new things. Those who don’t want to learn just allow them to wander off.

Very helpful video! Quick question - when designing my slide, the 'Click to add text' stays in the background - I know it doesn't appear when I'm presenting the slide, but I notice your slides don't have it showing - have I missed a step, or should I just ignore it?
Head into your slide master and delete the placeholders - should do the trick!

Yes! Many of the shortcuts are the same or similar.
Do you know how to activate ribbon shortcuts for mac users?
No ribbon shortcuts on Mac unfortunately. You can download the shortcuts cheat sheet from our website and it comes with a Mac version, but many of the ribbon shortcuts aren't available.
Is there anyway of doing 3:18 section on Mac?

Someone once told me a joke, that people who are good at PowerPoint has neither power or point. lol
when I hit F4 shows application windows (on Mac) can't get the right short cut can you help please?

Good stuff but why not use ctrl+A to select all? You don't have to worry about header text in this example

Think these are all for PCs, rather than Macs (no F keys on a Mac)

Many of these shortcuts are available for Mac (but not all). If you want to download the shortcuts cheat sheet from our website there is a Mac version as well.
Paul, what about consultants who use Powerpoint as part of Microsoft 365 on MacBook? None of your hacks work for them.
All good hacks but the #1 hack should have been work from a template.
The real secret... their slides suck. They're meant to obfuscate the fact that they're not delivering any value.
I wanted to join but your courses are very expensive, in India it is costing around Rs.17000/- more than per capita income of most peoples in this country.
