Had the exact same symptoms so I thought we may have had something stuck in the pump but it turned out to be a broken wire leading to the starting capacitor (broke at the connector). Thank you sir!!
You’re very welcome😊
Great video. Thanks for this. Easy fix.
I have a whirlpool Gold that won't spin. The drain is working but won't spin. Where do I begin?
Didn't find anthing in the discharge pump and everything was turning easily. Would top at the spin cycle, humm a bit then turn off. What could the problem be?
Could just need to be cleaned out... There has to be a filter cleaning video on here...
Awesome video. On my way to do it thx.
Thank you
Very appreciated
You’re welcome😊
Hi ours spins but wont drain is there a fix for that
There’s a sock stuck in the tube between the tub and the water pump.
Thank you
My washer drains all the water but my clothes remain wet. Could it still be a clogged pump?
Might be a worn out clutch which is preventing your washer from spinning fast enough or a broken motor coupler which doesn’t allow it to spin but does allow it to drain.
@@QuickAndEasy5MinuteAppliance Ah I see. I guess, I would have to replace the parts(s) and that can be costly...
The motor coupler is only 10.00. If you set it for spin and then open the lid after 1 minute, do you see it spinning at all?
Mine drains about 5 seconds and stops. Any help
Can you send me a video of your washer during spin to:
