There is also a one man /trailer style that looks like a teeter tooter, they work pretty good if you don't have a tractor, etc.

I've seen those actually. Looked into renting one. Thanks for the reminder

Post driver's are great tools. Extreme Driver Next Generation (self propelled track machine) is one I have used. With everything laid out and posts already marked for depth we could do a post a minute.

They have vibrating pole setter that attaches to skid steer that sets big wooden posts works killer

I've seen that. It would be a nice tool to have and use.

Good, practical analysis. I wonder if there are places that will rent the Danuser to people. I know there are a few places (like Home Depot) that have specialty tools to rent for smaller, short-term projects.

There are places like that that exist. I have not had luck finding such a tool around me, especially for a tractor. You can find some places that have similar augers but they mount to a skid steer. Then I have to pay for the rental of both, along with an adequate sized trailer to tow it all, and the time scheduling to pick them up and drop off. :) Being out there on Saturdays makes rentals really difficult and costly in my case.

Good video thank you. How does it attach to your loader do you need special brackets? Thanks

No special brackets. It mounts just like any other front loader attachment. When you buy it, just buy it with the cradle that fits.

Good video. I have very flat land with sandy loam soil so might try out the 3-point hitch mounted version until it doesn't work. Keep up the great content!

Thanks. I hope it helps people. I'm sure the 3-point will work well for you. Sometimes I wish my land was a little more flat myself.
