I got to say as a mechanical engineer I honestly appreciate the fact you guys didn't skimp on anything. I'm not going to break my back to find a different company I'm definitely buying your product.
Awesome! We won't let you down!! You should join us in the EA Channel facebook group. We have many valued customers in there discussing tractors and attachments. facebook.com/groups/EverythingAttachmentsLounge/
Professor Ted, after watching at least 3/4 of your video's. I feel like I've earned a degree in Everything Attachments. I appreciate learning from you, I hope to buy from you when I get my tractor next month.
Just got an Auger from you, it came "as advertised" and was VERY simple to install on the tractor! I could not be happier with the tool! LOVE your products! I've got a Box Blade and a set of Quick Attach Forks for the front coming in a few months.
Very informative video. I watch and get more from them by speeding them up. Go to the gear symbol under the progress bar on the right and click on 1.5 or 1.75.
Thanks- just got my first tractor- been dreaming for years. Grew up around and using them-- we never had enough implements though. Looking forward to having a collection! 👍👊🏼
My dad always taught me that if I have two tractors to run the auger on the smaller one so if it gets stuck you know you can get it up with the bigger one.
Useful tool in the right soil. Try using one in most areas around my corner of CT - it ain't gonna last too long before the welds crack and/or the frame bends. Been there, done that.
looking for a 3 point hitch auger need to plant trees need the bigger gear box and a 24" auger and a 9" auger we are using a John Deere 4052R for the 24" auger and a New Holland TC30 for the 9" auger
Ted & Peanut should say a big thank you to Archimedes. Though invention of the water screw is usually ascribed to Archimedes (3rd century BC.) I just love the fact that you take your products and alway's go cold turkey, just to show everyone that the product truly works. What's not to love about Everything Attachments, and they teach you how to be SAFE, and get the most out of the product. Thank's for sharing.
I spend money when I want the best and spend less when good enough will do. I am installing 24 poles for my solar power system ground mount. My 23 hp JD 1023E handles the TSC digger with a 12 in auger just fine in my Florida sand. Not something you can borrow or rent so when I am done I will clean it up and store it. I will be building a shed and I have three acres that I might build a fence around.
I love your stuff. I'll be in touch right after the first of the year. We just bought a small farm after being out of the farming business for 15 years. Also will be starting a new channel, just for the farming. Cant wait to get a new post hole digger and box blade!
Awesome videos every time I want to learn something tractor related I start here first, love the American made aspect of it all! Wish I was closer but being in Fresno California the shipping is huge no control of your own I know...
Glad you enjoy the videos! Don't let your being in CA stop you from buying EA. We ship to the west coast every day and people can't believe how reasonable our rates are!!
Could you build a boom lift pole to fit a 3 point hitch with a pulley at the end and a winch mounted at the base? That would make this a mini crane, able to lift a 1000 pound or so log on a flat bed. Of course, counter weights at the front of the tractor would need to be used to avoid tip over. Maybe for heavy applications a set of extension arms boing back from the rear of the tractor like it is done with a back hoe attachment. The pto could power the winch, of course, or it could be powered by an electric motor that is geared down to handle the torque required.
thank you 🍺 for the great explanation and building it for real people to use 🥳 I'm so tired of non-workers [desk jockeys ] designing equipment ..thank you for thinking ahead and building it to last ..the right way to build it 🥃🥃
Hey guys. I just bought a Mahindra 1635 (27hp PTO) and I need a post hole digger for it. What should I get? I am dealing with Texas hill country rocky soil.
Great video, thanks for sharing. Peanut! I kept looking for Jeff Dunham, but he must have been behind the tractor. Seriously though, this video was super beneficial and highly educational.
Our Land Shark Post Hole Digger is designed for your size tractor, usually in stock and ready to ship. www.everythingattachments.com/Land-Shark-Subcompact-Tractor-Post-Hole-Digger-p/ls-phd-100.htm

You made my learning curve much more easier and your several of your "side comments" have saved my hide a couple times. Keep it up!!
Hey. I particularly like the tapered screw pilot bits on the earth augers. Are small ones suitable for a hand held post borer with a 12 inch auger available? Thanks
JC C Here is a link to the pilot bit, whether it fits or not will depend on your auger bit. www.everythingattachments.com/Replacement-tips-and-teeth-for-ETA-auger-bits-p/eta-auger-tip.htm
I was given a used post hole digger but it was missing the big u bracket the connects to the lower hydraulic arms. I am having a problem finding it for sale online. Can that part be sold separate? I would need the u bracket and the pins that go into the 3 point arm on the bottoms etc? Thanks in advance
It definitely would not be a great idea to attempt it. Most probably would not go over a 12" diameter auger unless the soil conditions are extremely easy.
starting to do more 175mm diameter holes for retaining walls lately and theirs plenty coming up, do you, or is their some type of sleeve or system to drill holes deep and consistently on 15 degree angles? cheers. If their isn't could you make one!?
Fish Man This probably can be straightened in a press, but that would weaken the material and would very likely bend again. If it isn't completely straight it will wobble and could cause a seal or bearing failure, or even break a shaft. We would strongly suggest a new bit. Hello Ted, I am looking to buy a post-hole digger for a Massey Ferguson 185 farm tractor, rated for 75Hp, that dates back to the 1980s. I have my mind set on the Danuser Model J20/80 pole digger, bolted to a 24-inch diameter tree-planting auger. In your opinion, is this combination going to be adequate for planting a couple of thousand trees in soil that is not very difficult to break through and drill ? Thanks for any help you can offer.
The J20-80 is a good unit. If you want to save some money, the Everything Attachments 7500HD PHD would work great on your tractor at a fraction of the cost. Either should work good for your application.
EverythingAttachment I sure appreciate the quick response to my questions here, Ted. I'll now think it over and decide shortly whether to go with the Danuser J20/80, or select the less costly option of the 7500 that you guys make in-house. I'll be using the post-hole digger primarily for tree planting in sandy, river-side soil, and back-filling with a mix of fermented cow manure and richer dark soil, to get better results than I saw in my past tree-planting efforts. Thanks again, and I'll be in touch soon. Regards from Tony
They're using a tractor that's not quite up to the task. Don't get me wrong, the diggers are great, but you can't see how great they are because of the small tractor. I wish they'd re.do this with a larger farm tractor.
Thanks for watching! We do ship to Canada. If you email the request along with your postal code to sales@everythingattachments.com, we'll be glad to quote the shipping!
The CT122 in the video has our EA Compact Tractor PHD installed on it. The hoop is narrower and taller than the 6900/6900HD, so it ensures enough lift height for smaller tractors. You can order the compact phd with the larger gearbox and an 18” auger(call for details), but the results will depend more on the ground condition than the tractor HP. 18” is pretty large if you have hard, rocky, difficult soil. www.everythingattachments.com/Compact-Tractor-Post-Hole-Digger-p/eta-compact-phd.htm
call that red clay? our california mountain red clay gets almost not moisture and bakes in the sun. stuffs like terracotta! need a tractor with down push to get more than the pilot bit in lol
I meant 6 or 9 u get bigger its heavier so im not a big guy so i wouldnt be trying to connect a 12 in out in the field. I got a ram max i can make ground hard
My Clay is harder than yours an you bits get stuck in it instantly. Your tip is too aggressive for hard compact clay here in the wild west. I wish you sold a tip that was less aggressive. I wish you sold a tip that worked better in clay.
It's hard(no pun) to have one that works for everyone, but the augers we offer have been doing well in a wide variety of conditions for many years. If it is too aggressive, you could try knocking off part of the cast, corkscrew tip, but if it is digging too fast, the major key is to take it as slow as possible. Pull up the auger frequently, so it will shed the dirt instead of forcing itself deeper. I hope this helps. Thanks

Very knowledgeable! I came here to watch some holes get dug now I'm an expert on post hole diggers
This is a fantastic education on augers, what an eye opener. THANKS!
Thanks- just got my first tractor- been dreaming for years. Grew up around and using them-- we never had enough implements though. Looking forward to having a collection! 👍👊🏼
That flow control knob under the seat doesn’t slow down the lift. It only slows it going down.
Just got my EA PHD. Can't wait to use it..
36" x 9" auger.
Nice video
Peanut isn't a big talker, but the look he gave you when you told him to stop the bit said volumes.
Ted's might the talker and the boss, but Peanut's the guy I'd trust to run the tractor. Old adage: "Those that know do, those that don't teach."
LOL, he didn't hear him at first, then he smiled. Yeah....he was really put off. Ya'll like to make shit up.
@@seethingfrog7485 Exactly.

A little to the conversation, I just bought one of your augers. In this video, I noticed the car in the back ground of the video. What is is?

20 inches Bittu price tell me please
Hello my friend, could you help me to buy a 9" i cant find here in Mexico, i have a Bison BVH-720 hole digger. i will apreciate a lot.
I may be wrong, but it sure seems like they need to be giving it A LOT more RPMs.

You can not beat the attitude behind American quality and values. It is shortcuts, that lead to pitfalls.
Interesting how at first it does in at an angle, but as it digs out, it straightens out.
how much shipping to montreal? i love your products.

thank for your reply much appreciated
What size is the biggest one?
Thatdualsportguy It is a 24 inch bit. Thanks for watching!
Peanut just smiled.lol
Is your gearbox “American Made “ ?
They are outsourced because, unfortunately, we are unaware of any post hole digger gearbox made in the USA. Thanks for watching!
Great information!
thank you great video
You have augers that fit a Deere 3032 for horse farm fence posts? Thanks for your time....Big peanut fan!!!
Sean Matthews 3032 will be a class 1. So any class 1 attachment will fit on your 3032

Peanut rocks!!!
Is that a 72 lemans in the background?
You didn't call before you dug......those could be some expensive holes and the NUT doesn't look as though he would spot you a few thousand.
Did you watch the video? The ground is all fill that he put there....
During the learning curve an extra set of eyes 👀 would help. Good video 👍.
A smart guy can disconnect the bit until u get to where ur gonna be doing the post holes then put the bit on
I meant 6 or 9 u get bigger its heavier so im not a big guy so i wouldnt be trying to connect a 12 in out in the field. I got a ram max i can make ground hard
I lost my left leg with one auger in 2001. super dangerous
Why not put them on a decent size tractor with better hydraulics?
Because a bunch of us don't have the "decent" tractors.
Who the hell has ground that perfect?
Poor Peanut sure has to put up with a lot of shit!
