- The battle for Santa Catalina continues as US Army soldiers and infected hordes continue to engage one another in bitter close quarters combat. The fighting has been raging for three hours into the evening as US forces struggle to recapture the lost town. The first wave of troops which entered the town, despite over head close air support, were overrun in a matter of minutes.
One particular platoon, entering the town at 19:00 hours, eliminated zombie threats in brutal street fighting, and eventually pushed the zombies back to the southern road out of town. Here a choke point was established and the remaining zombies in the surrounding area made a final counter-attack, testing the already outnumbered soldiers capabilities and mettle.

I know right lol. I had to use a script to prevent friendly fire. Otherwise we wouldn't last a minute with that thing blowing everything up.
Hey Cayden, can you tell me that script which prevent friendly fire? I try to create a scenerio like this but these assholes always shoot each other and they die before the zombies could even get to them. I tried to find a script like this but no luck so far.

Discovered your channel, only to find serious action. I like how the Scenario is built, it feels somewhat immersive and how it goes on, it literally feels like a post-apocalyptic Zombie outbreak. I like how there's a little description on the current scenario too. Keep up the good videos lad, it's going great.
Quick question, What formation do you use in scenarios like this?
Keep the formation as Wedge using multiple teams and not just one. During combat the AI breaks formation and seeks cover as I believe their behaviour is switched to RED/DANGER.

$5000 USD? That's ludicrous and overkill. If you build a PC yourself you can settle for a damn good PC for $1000USD or less. If you want an already built one, do some research for what you want, compare prices, make sure you know what you're after and who you're buying from. Honestly you don't need $5000USD for a gaming PC. I'm in Australia and our dollar value is higher compared to USD. My PC costed $1400AUD so converted to USD is $1000USD.

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 (non Ti edition)

That may be so but they have orders and they just can't leave their post ,just because there's infected walking around killing people the Military is a lot more stricter than you think You can't just leave especially when you're Co is right in front of you

It's called NO, Ghost Reason is no where near as great as Arma. Still great though.
Doubt Arma will ever come to consoles, it requires too much CPU power and more controls than you can fit on a console controller.
Flamefang The CPU is not a problem, but the Controls are. Also I agree but for different reasons, Consoles have different atmospheres and games on them get a reputation from those atmospheres which are general negative. Also Consoles and their controllers could be made to handle it easily my computer with is comparable in the CPU and Ram department of an Xbox one even though my computer (laptop) was made in 2012. But my Computer has lower end graphics, the Xbox could easily probably run Arma 3 on higher end settings than my PC. But like you said the theirs to many controls, and so they would have to have to either make controllers made for the game or reduse the amount of things you can do.

is it just me or has the aa12 sound completely wrong and shoots like a handgun. the whole point of an aa12 is that you can fire full auto
You're right. It's a third party mod still in development. The closest it got to auto fire was one shot half a second if I could click fast enough. I used it for this video since it was available to use and a shotgun to take out zombies is pretty generic. I'd think it would of been better with a pump action shotgun, although there's only one mod for that I didn't think to use it for this.
