- A US Army battalion composed of mechanized forces approach the town of Santa Catalina in a hasty maneuver to reclaim the lost town from infected hordes. The first wave of soldiers that converged into the town were unfortunately wiped out. Gunships flew overhead providing close air support for the soldiers on that ground. Intense close quarters combat ensued between the first wave of soldiers and undead hordes.

You were right when you said your next video was going to be crazy. This entire video is pure action. I think that is why I like your videos so much. They're nothing but pure content. No flashy dubstep intro. No facecam. No gimmicks. At most, you just edit in some sick music or ambient voices to add to the atmosphere. It's great. Keep up the good work!

This is how I imagine a real zombie apocalypse going down. Not a depiction of the cliche of the military getting overwhelmed and a handful of chance survivors somehow making it.
Duane Clarence atleast the us army would be able to created fortifications in the rural areas and a stalemate would happen not to mention the Navy and air Force would be affective during a zombie outbreak I could see how a huge city may be tough to exterminate but fire bombing would work and if not it'll be quarantine and Bam the world is save
Yeah but zombie cannot possibly exist the muscles would not be able to understand the virus and could not recieve Brain waves from it so the zombies would just be on the floor paralyzed from the Neck down
This video is amazing! The beginning was awesome! Gunfire is heard from the city, helicopters fire over the hill. When you get up all you see is a battle between humanity and the undead!
How much ammo did those gunships carry?! Jesus, they kept firing 20mm rounds on those infected like there was no tomorrow, and that is what makes it awesome!

You should do a Yonkers style battle, with US Army troops holding a town from the undead, slowly being overrun...
I've briefly read up about the battle of Yonkers don't know much about it. I'll need to find a suitable map with a long choke point/route for the zombies to move through. Would be a good opportunity to put artillery to use as well. I'll do some location scouting and read up more about it and see what I can do mate.

I was making my own missions attempting to have medium-speed zombies overrun/infect the town near the offshore rig thing on the Pianosa map. Then, I shut down for the night. Next morning, somehow, my desktop's booting program got corrupted and I can't even start it up :/
Man that's some North Korean infiltration stuff right there. When you power on does your motherboard have any POST beeps?
I'm not entirely sure what you mean. When I try to start it up, an error pops up saying that the start up program is missing and that the system will restart. It just keeps doing that until I hold the power button to turn it off.
Every computer has a POST beep start up codes seconds after you hit the power button. One beep usually means a successful load and continues to load Windows. Not sure what kind of problems you're having.

Do you ever make these and play with your friends? I'd think that would be totally radical playing these type of missions or like the town defense one!
All my ArmA 3 videos are Single Player. Agreed, would be fun with others. It's just the freedom available to just create and record, is what I like most. With others, you need to organize times and days to play :(
+Cayden That's true, I normally do what you do hahaha. I saw a video where a group were on Altis and used the Zeus mode and he just made his friends go in and clear a city with other objectives.
That Zeus concept is such a great idea, I've had some real awesome Invade and Annex Coop sessions with Zeus. I love ArmA!! hahaha

That's because ArmA 3 wasn't optimised with the intention of running third party mods or with the fact of having hundreds of units on screen. The best way to get optimal performance is running less and utilizing a powerful CPU. Some tweaking to the ingame parameter launcher can help a lot as well. Don't forget the fact that the ArmA 3 engine is the same engine that they've used since 2001. So there's that.

Li'l Mason Zeus Editor? Ain't got a clue man. I've always used Eden and never used Zeus. Can imagine the two are a bit different. Sorry :(
Try out Zeus. It is easier to make missions with more ways to make sure that the AI works better by lively changing the editions. I just need it to pop up in Zeus because I need to add them while other players are in the server. Like event making.
