I’m so excited that you’re back in Iceland!! Our whole family went there in April, for a couple day layover before going to England, we loved and want to go again... this makes me so happy and even more eager to go back!!! We didn’t find it as expensive as we feared.

Birkir at Cozy Campers is the best! We visited Iceland for the first time in early April and were the first ones to test out the new XL. Such a cool vehicle! We did Ring Road, but we’re hoping to go back for the West Fjords next. :) Great vids!

I bet the people of Iceland are dreaming of visiting S.Africa for warm weather and beaches. South Africa could be a great country if you got rid of the criminals... both the street kind and the ones who sit in Pretoria. I really enjoyed the natural beauty of South Africa but constantly being vigilant and extra careful wondering if something is going to go down. Things could be much better if the civil order improves.

If you rent out a Cozy Camper, make sure to take the GRAVEL INSURANCE, as they don't really tell you about it once you get there, and it's not included in the basic coverage. The tiniest damage can cost you around 1500$ US to repair. We found out the hard way.

I've been following you for years and still have my Kingin it top which I wore on my flight to Bali to start my solo travel adventure a few years ago :-) I've just revisited your Iceland videos and was just wondering how long you would recommend for a trip around the ring road in a camper to see enough and not be too rushed?
Me an my friend are looking to go for a trip in iceland using campervans as well but we dont want to spend money on cabins or campsites,I was wondering if they're are any places to park overnight for free? Also, how do you guys not have more subscribers?? Really cool Video
Ahh thanks a bunch Alex! So you can (kind of) park anywhere. as long as you dont go off the road or a track that isn't allowed. We usually just would follow a road off the main one and look for a little pull in down there.. also we parked in many picnic areas no problem or just normal pull ins. But they are clamping down on it saying you have to stay in campsites. We've never done that. And we'll try not too (between us lol) because it can be pricey. Also you cannot park in the national parks - they will wake you up and move you on! Hope this helps a little!
